Spacieuse End Unit Condo À quelques pas de l'océan

Real Escapes Properties est heureux d'offrir cette maison de ville spacieuse avec beaucoup d'espace pour se détendre. Olive Way 106 est très bien situé et conviendrait parfaitement pour une réunion de deux familles! Ce 4 chambres, 3. 5 salles de bain condo a plus de 1 860 SF de surface habitable!

Lorsque vous entrez pour la première fois dans cette location côtière, vous êtes accueilli dans un petit hall d'accueil avec un couloir qui s'étend à l'arrière. La chambre n ° 1 se trouve sur la gauche - avec un lit Queen confortable, un ventilateur de plafond et une télévision. Sur la droite, vous trouverez un rayon de soleil dans la chambre n ° 2, équipée de deux lits jumeaux et donnant sur la cour privée. Il y a une salle de bain complète en bas ainsi qu'une laveuse / sécheuse superposable.

Une fois que vous arrivez au 2ème étage, vous trouverez un grand plan d'étage ouvert pour la tanière et la salle à manger. Plancher de bois franc, nombreuses fenêtres et meubles de couleur claire en font un lieu de rencontre idéal! La tanière a une télévision et un lecteur DVD et une sélection de films si vous avez le temps supplémentaire. La cuisine a tout ce dont vous avez besoin, y compris une cafetière, un lave-vaisselle, un grille-pain et un four micro-ondes. De nombreux sièges sont installés autour de la table. Une demi-salle de bain est également située à ce niveau. Il y a un porche grillagé situé à l'avant de la maison à partir du 2ème étage ainsi qu'une grande terrasse à côté de la salle à manger. De nombreuses places à l'extérieur pour que tout le monde puisse profiter d'une fin d'après-midi dehors!

Le 3ème étage comprend 2 autres chambres (toutes équipées de lits queen-size), 2 salles de bain complètes, un salon avec télévision et un autre accès au porche.

The property was as described. We brought our own beach chairs and carts but there was a cart and about 7 beach chairs at the property. We traveled with a second family and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was very well stocked. The location was really good and close to anywhere you’d like to visit.We would stay here again.

We enjoyed the place very much. We had a small plumbing issue that was easy to contact someone about and was fixed very quickly even for after hours. The checkin process was very easy as well as check out.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful 4-bedroom coastal condo! The condo was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our family. One of the best parts was the easy walk to the beach, making it so convenient to enjoy the coast whenever we wanted.The location was also excellent, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. Everything we needed was close by, while still giving us that relaxing coastal getaway feeling. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a spacious, convenient, and comfortable beach vacation rental!

Golf trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: In general it was a great place to stay for our golf trip. One of the group has some back issues so the bedroom on the ground level was great for him. On the downside, there was a lack of coat hangers and some of the pots/pans were a little greasy. But, again, it was a nice place to stay and served our downtime after golf well.

Great location, property not in great shape

The location on East Beach is excellent. The property is in need of refurbishing: floors, porch screens, bathrooms, etc all were in rough shape. We've used STRs a lot and this one was not the greatest. Still, we enjoyed the short stay.

Quick trip so it worked

It was a little run down, needs some new sheets, curtains, a good deep cleaning and a few visual repairs. Had trouble with the keys working the door lock also. If we had been staying for more than a two night stay I would have been discouraged but with only 4 adults and we stayed gone except to sleep it worked out ok

MOLD AND BUGS!!!!

Several members of my party started showing symptoms of black mold toxicity after just 24 hours! So, so many bugs dead and alive throughout the whole trip that needs to be addressed. The carpets are disgusting. Comforters look like they have never been washed and need to be replaced. Absolutely no sign of cleaning before arrival. Overall very disappointed in this unit

East beach 4 bedroom condo St Simons

Pros: Walk to east Beach, bathroom per bedroom ratio, decks on each level, Cons: DIRTY, FALLING APART. Broken stained furniture, mattresses are old and worn out, light fixtures not working, bathtubs drains broken, carpet is worn/ripped and stained. holes in walls. balcony's/decks are all too filthy to use, grill is broken. dust and spider webs everywhere. Mosquito infested downstairs. linen is threadbare and stained. pillows are gross. spices/oils are rancid. AC is leaking into carpet.
