Our condo is only a few steps from the newly renovated Sea Palms Club House, Golf Course, Pro Shop, private pool, practice putting green and restaurant. This premier golf destination features a George Cobb-designed, 18 holes of championship golf and offers a rewarding experience for golfers of all skill levels.

Our FOUR bedroom property is a comfortable, first floor, quiet, corner location with enough room for your family and friends throughout the spacious bedrooms, kitchen, and living areas. From our covered balcony, enjoy the view of Sea Island in the distance as well as our private community pond, pool, and one of the most unique tidal marshes on the Georgia Coast. And if you enjoy bird-watching, our porch is ideal!

Our property features top-of-the-line construction and furnishings including four spacious bedrooms, three bathrooms, plantation shutters, tile and hardwood floors, fully furnished kitchen, washer/ dryer, wet bar, dining room table for 8, Wi-Fi, and flat screen, smart TVs in most rooms (Roku included).

The Master Suite features a King-sized bed, dresser, walk-in closet, ceiling fan, plantation shutters and large en-suite bathroom with tub and shower.
The second master features a queen bed with a connection to a private bath. Two additional guest rooms have a Queen bed and twin beds with a shared connecting, private dual-sink bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with appropriate pantry items including coffee maker, Keurig machine, and microwave oven. The kitchen also has an eat-in bar area with two bar stools (not pictured).
