Real Escapes Properties est heureux d'offrir ce condo de deux chambres et deux salles de bains dans la communauté Ocean Walk. Ocean Walk est une communauté de 16 hectares, joliment aménagée, avec des chênes centenaires et un étang. Les commodités sur place comprennent deux piscines (dont une chauffée), un canopé de fitness, des courts de tennis, une aire de jeux pour enfants et un club house avec accès à Internet. Ocean Walk E-14 est une salle de bain à deux chambres, un condo confortablement mis à jour. Grand salon avec une grande télévision à écran plat. Il y a un patio hors de la salle de séjour. La cuisine a été entièrement mise à jour avec de nouveaux revêtements de sol. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit queen et la chambre d'amis a un lit double. Tant de choses à faire, pêcher dans le lac ou nourrir les canards. Jouez au basket-ball, ou balayez dans le terrain de jeu, ou faites-vous un bon travail dans la salle d'exercice qui donne sur le lac. Ocean Walk est une courte promenade vers la jetée où crabbing est toujours amusant. Construire des châteaux de sable ou des cerf-volants à la plage. Vous pouvez faire du vélo sur toute l'île. Venez rester avec nous et tomber amoureux de St. Simons et Ocean Walk. 0. 9 milles au village, à la plage et à la jetée. Condo est une unité à l'étage. Comprend Internet sans fil.

I was here for work and it was either this or a hotel and I was leaning more towards a hotel, however I'm so glad that I didn't. It was a quiet complex with plenty of opportunities for rest and reflection like we needed. The newly remodeled kitchen was nice. The laundry facilities in the apartment were easy to use. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is perfect. This was our 2nd time at OW in a different unit. It was a bit disappointing. On arrival the AC filter was completely filthy. The dryer vent was clogged resulting in lint overflow both inside/outside the unit..The shower curtain in the MB although looked new was moldy. Coffee maker needs clean filters. Refrigerator shelves on bottom missing. The kitchen was not well appointed for a 10 day stay. Could be updated a bit & cleaner.

Somewhat disappointing

We enjoyed the St. Simon and Jekyll island areas, especially the restaurants and beaches. This unit was comfortable, but much smaller than it appeared in the pictures especially the bathrooms! Our major complaint was that it was without the basic necessities such as Kleenex, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags and toiletries… there were none at all. We were provided 1 pot holder to use as a dish rag… We called and the management company did bring these items to us, but we should not have needed to ask. Every vrbo in the past has provided these basic items plus more! Also, there were 2 lamps not working even after we changed the bulbs. The beds and pillows could have been improved and updated. The community was clean and quiet, however not walking distance to the Village Pier… over 2 miles. This condo could definitely use some TLC, a deep cleaning and updating!

I found a sharpener in my last day that I wish I had found earlier for some of the knives. 😂 Beds were comfortable, and the living room furniture was pretty comfortable. This unit is close to the larger pool but not noisy. Would stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For the price and a last minute trip, this condo was nice. The property is older but this unit has had some updates. The furnishings and beds were comfortable. The pool area could use some upgrades - pool furniture is old. Be sure to bring anything you might need to cook with (oils, salt, pepper, sugar), there was nothing there. It was a pleasant and easy walk to the village. Beach access is further so we chose to drive. The staff was very responsive and communicative. Overall, not a bad affordable option.
