Newly renovated 2 bedroom condo has the best balcony view. U will enjoy the south-island location close 2 many shops & restaurants. U can easily walk 2 the pier, shops, & restaurants. Walk to live music! Master has a King, Queen in guest room, & the living room has sleeper sofa. Unit comes w/ furnishings & BUSINESS CLASS WIFI. Access to tennis courts, 2 pools (1 heated) laundry facilities (coin operated). 4 bikes for additional fee to use. NO PETS or ANIMALS ALLOWED. CONTACT ME for all listings.

*12pm EST check out: $20
*Usage of 4 Bike during your entire trip: $20
*Change your reservation dates: $20 (This is at the discretion of the owners and is not guaranteed).

Price Includes per stay:
6 Bath Towels

1 Roll of Toilet Paper (per bathroom)
6 Starter Coffee Pods

If you would like additional set of Bath Towels and Wash Cloths dropped off, the cleaning company charges $20. Just let me know and I can do a money request.

By booking on this platform, you are agreeing to the cancellation policy in place. Additionally, please keep in mind that this cancellation policy is also maintained through all situations. For example, during Hurricane Season, it is important for guests to check if there is a large storm that would be approaching the United States and make a personal decision if it is best to keep the reservation or cancel the
reservation and schedule a different time. Your booking platform may offer vacation insurance which I believe can be purchased at the time of booking. However, we are not affiliated with that or know anything about that process or coverage. The guests would have to work with your booking platform directly in order to sort all of that out. However, if an evacuation is ordered for the area, then reservations will be canceled and fully refunded.

This place was nice. In a quiet location. The balcony was relaxing by the water. Had comfortable beds and plenty of space for us.What we loved is the walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the beach. Not steps away but a short walk away.

Was the perfect getaway! Even better than the pictures, loved the balcony and the water view. Enjoyed watching the ducks, geese, fish and turtles in the pond. The condo was super clean and comfy! Would highly recommend!

We have stayed at other condos in Ocean Walk, but this is the best yet. Couldn’t ask for a better view!!

Great place for the location and money!

We stayed here with me my husband our two children under two and my in laws. The location on the property was excellent it was very close to the playground for the toddler and pool! Very short drive anywhere. You could bike but as we had children we did not do that! The condo was clean and well maintained. The property manager is very communicative and provides excellent detailed information.

Wonderful family vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Dave was wonderful to work with and answered any questions we had quickly. We loved the bikes and enjoyed riding them to the pier in the evening. The place is very family friendly. We hope to come back again soon!

In town for a wedding

We loved everything! The property location was perfect and we used to the bikes to get to the beach, shopping, and food. The place was so nice and comfortable with such a pretty view of the pond. The pool was just steps away.I loved the option to check in and check out early and having access to the bikes for a small fee. Communication with David was fantastic.We have already discussed coming back and staying longer at this property!

too short!

We had a great stay but far too short. The property was wonderful and we’d stay again. It was a breeze to check in and out. We were so close to the pool which was perfect. The town was picturesque. I hope to be back and stay longer!

Great water view of pond

The condo, was just as described- perfect location. Was able to walk to town. Had use of bikes and pools. Enjoyed watching the ducks and fish in pond, as welll as the turtles.

Perfect for Friends

The size and location of this property was perfect! Having our own bathrooms and bedrooms was a plus. We loved looking off the balcony at the lake and watching the ducks. We walked to the Village to shop and get in some exercise. I will definitely book this property on my next visit to St. Simons.

Love the water view. We stay at Ocean Walk often and this is a nice unit. This time of year is great for retirees.

Great apartment and great area

The apartment is very nice. The neighborhood is great. The area is great. We made a short stop here on our tour and it was beautiful. We will come back and stay longer. Highly recommended!!
