The apartment had everything we needed. A blanket on the sofa would be a nice addition and maybe another more comfortable chair for relaxing in the living room area

The remodeling of this place was incredibly well done, We came during a period of unusually warm weather in Paris, The host gave us a fan, which was a big help, and the building had excellent ventilation in the evenings, As an American accustomed to air conditioning, I felt very comfortable, even in the heat, This is an ideal place to travel with friends, Having two bedrooms and two bathrooms is a major advantage, The kitchen is stocked with all the necessary supplies, The proximity to the Temple or République metro stations made navigating Paris incredibly easy, Following Joffrey's recommendation, we also utilized the NannyBag service, which greatly assisted us in storing our luggage while we explored the city, We would absolutely choose to stay here again,

The apartment is cozy, clean, and tidy, just a short walk from the Place Republique Metro station and bus stops, The neighborhood offers plenty of shops to meet all your needs, The beds were comfortable and sturdy, and the soundproof walls ensured a peaceful night's sleep in this tranquil residential area, Having 2 bathrooms with showers and toilets was very convenient, Although the kitchen was on the smaller side, it was sufficient for our requirements, With only one closet containing 5 shelves (also used for storing bedding and towels), it may be a bit challenging to find space for your clothes, There are no hooks for hanging items or coats, so if you have many people or a lot of luggage, storage could be an issue, Living out of suitcases on the floor might make it hard to move around freely, While there is a hair dryer available, one sink with an electrical outlet doesn't have a mirror, whereas the other sink has a mirror but no outlet, Additionally, there is a washing machine but no dryer, and limited space for drying clothes, Despite these minor drawbacks, I would still recommend this apartment for a stay in Paris,

Die Wohnung liegt sehr nah am Platz der Republique und man kann von dort alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut mit Bus und Bahn erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Cafe's sind zahlreich vorhanden. Die Gegend macht einen sehr sicheren Eindruck. Die Wohnung bietet Platz für max. 6 Gäste, was aus unserer Sicht aber überladen ist, man sollte max. zu viert anreisen. Die Bäder und Toiletten sind sehr klein und es gibt keine Steckdosen im Bad. Die Küche liegt im Flur, für das nötigste ist gesorgt. Es war sauber, allerdings war die Decke des Überbetts voll Blut oder einer anderen roten Flüssigkeit, ist negativ ausfgestoßen. Bei unserem Besuch waren in Paris um die 38 Grad, die Wohnung hat keine Klimaanlage, nur ein paar Lüfter, was das Schlafen ehrlich gesagt zu einer Qual gemacht hat. Resümee: wer nichts gegen, Wärme und kleine Toiletten hat kann hier schöne Tage verbringen, bei mehr als vier Gästen und dann vllt aus verschiedenen Familien würde ich zu einer andere Unterkunft raten. Verreist als Familie mit Freund und Freundin der Kinder (6 Personen)
