Points faibles : Propreté, communication, emplacement et exactitude de l’annonce.
Unfortunately, the first morning we woke up to a MOUSE that would come out from the cabinet around the fridge and run around the apt / kitchen / living room and was rather unbothered until I started screaming. It then proceeded to go back to its hole - as I was on the phone with the host mgmt team only 5min later coming out again and running all over the kitchen. We departed and did not stay, the host mgmt team and bellvilla were a mess - could not get my name or booking correct and not clear on what they planned to do about it. VRBO never responded - outside of saying to reach out to my host. The photos are not accurate the place is small and the bedrooms are on the ground floor. The neighborhood is okay in one direction and not so much in the other. The water overflows when you take a shower and there’s a smell in the bathroom. NOT WORTH THE MONEY.
