It was our first time staying at the Nook in Deal.From the moment myself and my partner booked the Nook we were kept informed by the hosts which was fantastic that they did that.Once we arrived at the Nook we were shocked on how spacious it was as the hosts thought of everything that we needed.The mobile signal was very poor outside the Nook(Around the green) to get the code for the lock box but we overcome this in the end The check in process was very easy to understand especially the side entrance which makes gaining access easier.We were inspired by the kitchen drainer to the fact that we brought the same one for our home as it was fantastic.Unfortunately we did not get to use the hot tub but we saw that there were large towels for us to use if we wanted to.The heating was already on when we checked in however it did take us a few days to get used to how it all worked.Everything was supplied as you would expect and more which was fantastic to see at the Nook.We loved the review book where you could see previous reviews alongside the information book which covered everything that you needed information on.One improvement would be to have an air fryer in the Nook as there were 1 or 2 rainy days that prevented us from going out but overall a fantastic stay which we would happily stay again.Dave & LeoXx
