LA VUE EST MAGNIFIQUE !!!!!! WIFI personnel sécurisé

Détendez-vous ou non dans cette unité entiÚrement rénovée de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain au 5Úme étage avec vue sur l'océan. La cuisine est entiÚrement rénovée avec tous les nouveaux appareils électroménagers, le bar à petit-déjeuner et la salle à manger et donne sur l'océan avec une vue imprenable. TrÚs propre!
Les chambres ont Ă©galement de nouveaux meubles et matelas. Le balcon offre une vue sur le magnifique ocĂ©an Atlantique oĂč vous pouvez juste voir les dauphins nager ou sauter dans l'une des 2 piscines pour vous baigner. Il y a quelque chose pour chacun. Chaises de plage, parasol, jouets de plage et 2 vĂ©los de plage sont lĂ  pour votre plaisir ... pas besoin d'emballer les trucs supplĂ©mentaires. Nous proposons Ă©galement une connexion Wi-Fi sĂ©curisĂ©e et un service tĂ©lĂ©phonique local et longue distance.

Excellent Choice

The condo was everything it was advertised to be. I especially appreciate the quality of appliances and utensils. The owners provided every single thing that was needed to make this an easy and comfortable stay. Communication was excellent!

Great location, great condo

Location was fabulous, steps to the beach. Clean and spacious. Host was very responsive when we had questions. Having beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels provided was fantastic. Comfy beds and plenty of space to relax after a day at the beach.

Beautiful Place to Stay

This condo was great! The location, cleanliness, and amenities were outstanding. From extra sunscreen in a basket, games/puzzles for down time, beach chairs/toys/towels, 2 roll away beds, and much much more. We were amazed at the "extras" that the owner so kindly included. Would definitely recommend this property!

Great time at the beach

The place was beautiful and mostly just as listed. The owners were great & had housekeeping come fix a couple things right away in the beginning of our stay. Everything else was just wonderful!! Would go back in the future!

Great place to stay

This condo is convenient to New Smyrna Beach, Flagler, and Daytona. We appreciated the easy access to the beach from the condo property. Loved the balcony view of both pools and the ocean. Super cool electric shades for the living room that still allow you views. Kitchen was well stocked to make meals. I loved that the “left over” shampoos/ conditioners/hairspray/laundry detergent/dryer sheets/dish soap were left for all to use until we got to the grocery. So many properties take all of it but not this one!! Plenty of blankets and 2 extra cots (we don’t use) but they looked comfy with their thick matresses!

So pleasant!

Wow. This was such a wonderful place to stay: clean, well-maintained, spacious living room, great view from the balcony, low car-traffic beach, minutes from Flagler Avenue. Couldn’t have asked for anything better for our family vacay. The grounds and pools were incredibly well cared for, as well. Check-in was effortless, communication with the owner was always very fast and helpful, everything was excellent. Thank you for sharing your space with us!

Lee Anne was amazing. Probably the most attentive owner we have ever rented from!

The property is amazing! We had an issue with the A/C that Lee Anne handle as if she lived next door, immeadiate responses and service! Although the A/C did finally give out on us there is no doubt that it has been replaced and is working perfectly. Lee Anne is a class act and we will be renting from her again!

Great family getaway

We've stayed a several Pelican units. It is our favorite condominium for amenities and feel. This unit was clean, had fold out beds so our son could sleep in the living room, included beach towels, beach chairs and even sun protection items. The owner is responsive and communicative. Perfect for our family of 5. The view is beautiful and I would definitely stay here again.

Incredible View and Incredible Stay

First of all, LeeAnn is amazing. She is an outstanding host. The communication is great. You will get all the details for check in and check out and more! The view is incredible. It’s even better in person. During mid June the sunrise is to the left over the ocean. You can see if from the right side of the deck with your coffee and camera. Remember to put your front door code and gate code to the pool somewhere handy when you head outside. The condo is well furnished and clean. The Dollar General Market is just down the street. And Publix isn’t far. Great places to eat all around. Other guests and the host have left a few items like sunscreen, aluminum foil, salt, pepper, etc that you can use. But these are not always available, so check what is there before you head shopping. If you are like me and those little Florida bugs like to bite on you, bring some bug spray. Thank goodness someone had left some and I used it the first night. Those little pests come and go so you may not encounter any. Sometimes when I go to Florida I never get bit. Lol! We met so many amazing people. The atmosphere is what you make it. You can lay by the pool, read a book, and nap or you can hang out, chat, and grill with the people you meet. It was wonderful! The stairwells are clean & safe. This is also where you will pick up a cart for taking your stuff up to the condo. Dolphins - 34 Manatees - 33 (Mary McLoud park on the right not the left) Book a stay here! You will love it!

Wonderful condo

We absolutely loved everything about our stay at The Pelican. The view from the balcony, the cleanliness of the unit, the wonderful beach chairs and beach towels provided were a perfect touch! We will def be staying here again!!!

New Smyrna Fun!

We had a wonderful stay! Can not beat the view from the Condo. Host was excellent and extremely responsive to any questions we had. Loved having a heated pool. It's a nice walk to downtown, but the host also had a golf cart we could use as well. Condo is on the driving part of the beach which is a bonus if you have friends staying at other places in the area ( they can park right on the beach in front of the Pelican for beach days). Condo was already stalked with essentials when we got here which was very nice since check ins are typically later in the day. The open concept of the kitchen, living room, dining area was bonus with a view! Also, the kitchen has everything you need to dine in for utensils etc.

Christmas break

Had family staying during Christmas break (we already had a unit for three months). Unit was very nice - as good as advertised. Gorgeous view of the ocean and the overall facility was nice. NSB is a close walk downtown for shopping and restaurants. Would definitely rent again.
