This is a lovely traditional town house located in a quiet street close to the centre of Ambleside
The house, over three floors, has generous space to spread out and relax on your holiday. There is an open plan living-dining-kitchen on the ground floor, with a utility room at the back with access to the rear yard and outside seating to enjoy in finer weather. The utility room is ideal for storing walking boots and damp coats. The kitchen is well appointed and includes everything you need to cater for your family or group of friends.

The house, over three floors, has generous space to spread out and relax on your holiday. There is an open plan living-dining-kitchen on the ground floor, with a utility room at the back with access to the rear yard and outside seating to enjoy in finer weather. The utility room is ideal for storing walking boots and damp coats. The kitchen is well appointed and includes everything you need to cater for your family or group of friends.
On the first floor is the first bedroom with a kingsize bed and a stylish shower room On the second floor there is a spacious bedroom with a superking bed (this is a zip and link bed that can be split to create two single beds - please enquire with your booking), and the third bedroom with a superking, along with the second lovely bathroom which includes a roll-top style bath and separate walk in shower.
Located in a quiet residential area, close to the town centre, you have the advantage of close walking distance to all the Ambleside shops, pubs and restaurants with all the peace of the quiet neighbourhood.
Ambleside is a great location to explore this South Lakes area - walks from your door include Stock Ghyll Force, Wansfell, Under Loughrigg, Rydal water (and Rydal Cavern), and venturing a little further for Sweden Bridge, the Fairfield Horseshoe and Grasmere. You can easily explore further afield if you want to drive or catch a bus to Keswick, or across to Langdale for all the fabulous lumpy stuff, or just a walk down to Windermere to catch the ferry to explore the lake.
