Excellent location, within walking distance of everything you need. Even though it’s on a busy street you could not hear the noise. Comfortable bed. Only problem is the hot water for bath. There is a button you have to make sure it comes on every night. The lights in living room never worked for us but did in bedroom and bath. The host would always communicate when we had a problem. Only window balcony to look out. Mid size Refrigerator location hidden behind a curtain so make sure you look for it.

The aparment was nice. Everything was clean and spacious. If you are tall watch out, the ceilings in some places are low. The kitchen was also a bit small and did not really have any cookware so don't plan cooking. Overall it was a very nice place in a great location!

Great location at the foot of the Ponte Vecchio. Bed is extremely comfortable. Host answered all questions quickly. Quiet in spite of all the crowds. Would stay again anytime.

I've been to Florence many times and this was by far the best place I've stayed in. The location is just phenomenal, and the view is outstanding. Its not quiet, its not pristine, but its beautiful and bustling and the apartment itself is full of interesting artefacts and furniture that fully immerse you in Florentine life. I will keep booking for future visits, highly recommend.

DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. We left without sleeping here even one night as we felt uncomfortable with the hosts and place and the pictures do not reflect the listing. The host argued with us to pay for things not listed at the time in the booking when flight delays caused a later arrival time. When we arrived, someone different led us to the property and it was much dirtier and in disrepair than was shown in the pictures. We sat in the property for an hour and ended up booking a place that night for somewhere else that was much cleaner. I’ve stayed in hundreds of rentals on a different app in the past eight years and never had an experience that made me feel like I needed to leave immediately.

Amazing location for sightseeing and very clean. The noise from the street was a little loud but it dies down quickly at 2300 or so. Bed was very hard so if you prefer a soft bed, maybe look into a hotel that has USAmericans in mind.

You could not have a better location, living room over looking the river and the bedroom actually sits under the Vasari Corridor, with a view over the Ponte Vecchio bridge. Apartment is very old and quirky, with low ceilings in places. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again, and would highly recommend. Maybe if you prefer luxury and mod-cons you may prefer somewhere different.

Upon arrival, the host demanded taxes payment before allowing entry. We had paid in full for 7 night stay in advance! Once I paid outside on the street via PayPal (as demanded in caps via the portal) the housekeeper was leaving. If you are taller than 4’5”this apartment is not for you! I am 5’5 and had to lean over in the sun rooms The refrigerator is in an attic room, the kitchen is very tiny in a room across the apartment. The living room was great in size and has a fantastic view of the river!! However the table cloth looked to have been there since the beginning of time!! Nasty dirty with stains and total filth! I removed it and found a sheet to use as a table cloth! Host was not responding as we could not get the cook top to come on and when I requested assistance they didn’t! Help! We had to buy coffee each day when we had planned to cook and have coffee from the apartment. This ended up to be very expensive and not budgeted for! Towels 2 large and 2 hand for a 7 night stay, we requested more and toilet paper, she responded with they left what is required by VRBO I said no not acceptable for this long stay! They sent another set and tp about 2 hours later. Bathroom was at first site OK however, the tub is so narrow you can barley stand in it and it smells bag from the shower curtain again from the beginning of time and never cleaned. Apartment said no pets so imagine our surprise to see a cat litter box hidden at the end of the shower ! Again if you want a view it’s

First of all, the tourist tax is required by law, so of course we asked for it! We helped you with everything, even when we shouldn't have, and I'm sorry this wasn't even appreciated. The litter box is unused, and I'll conclude by saying that the apartment is a piece of history, and reading these comments makes me realize that perhaps you're not appreciating its beauty and charm.

The location of this property is breathtaking. One really feels like part of old medieval Florence here. The grocery steps from the front door is a massive plus. A five minute walk to the Uffizi! Would absolutely stay here again.

The room was in the perfect location, right on the river. My wife and I would pick up dinner and wine, sit at the table with the terrace doors open and enjoying the river view, overlooking the city. It is decorated the way you would want while in Florence. My wife described it as an Italian Grandma’s home. My only negative, which is not going to affect most people is the place is not made for tall people, I hit my head a few times going through the doorways.

Great location, cool shabby chic vintage style. Like others have said, bedding and towels clean but the apartment could use dusting, cleaning carpet/rugs and furniture. Bathroom needs reshreshing, no longer looks like pictures. Soiled shower curtain, peeling wall paper, and mold around the tub. This place could be awesome with consistent cleaning and maintenance.
