Unit had everything we needed. Clean, spacious, and a wonderful comfortable Lanai. Robyn was excellent to deal with. Location was great, close to shopping, restaurants, and golf.

Beautiful getaway

Robyn was a super helpful host, answered all our questions promptly. The condo was very clean and comfy, and close to the pool. Check in was smooth, would stay again in a heartbeat!!

Nice older area of Naples

The facility was in good shape and residents were very friendly and welcoming. The pool was beautiful and well taken care of, great gathering spot. The unit is a typical older condominium unit that have been renovated over the years and in need of more TLC. A month was long enough for us at this location, went with the expatiation of good weather and we're not disappointed.

Snowbird Retirement

This property was exactly as listed. Layout perfect to accommodate visitors. Robyn is a superhost and very responsive to calls and/or texting. Location is excellent and very easy to get around to most anything you are interested in. Would come again in a heartbeat.

We loved our one month stay in the Condo

My friend Pam and I totally enjoyed our stay in your condo. The condo and the kitchen was nicely updated, clean and well supplied. It was so nice to have coffee on the lanai while watching the birds and ducks on the lake. The pool was great, and the neighbors were very nice and welcoming. The month went by so fast!

Quite and relaxing

Excellent location to the beaches and 5th Ave. and plenty of restaurant options. Condominium grounds and condo very clean and tidy. The residents were all very friendly and welcoming. The pool was extremely clean,quite,and relaxing. Parking was in front of condo and was free. The balcony overlooked a lovely pond. Wonderful to have our morning coffee on. Unfortunately the beds in both bedroom were very uncomfortable and inexpensive bedding that was outdated looking disappointed us. Both shower lacked hot water it was lukewarm at best. On vacation we need to sleep in and have long hot showers! The master bathroom’s toilet was not flushing properly. Lacking a few things in the kitchen such as a blender and mixing bowls. Another strike on this property was a road located fairly close to the unit. And as we were trying to enjoy the lovely pond for our morning coffee there was a steady flow of traffic.

Perfect place

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was spacious, clean and equipped with everything we could possibly need. A covered parking space and friendly neighbours meant that it was above our expectations. It is situated just off the 41 and close to Marco Island, Naples and lots of great places to eat. The only slight downside was trying to pay a $100 cheque to the management company. Fine if you are based in the US and still have cheques, but we travelled from UK and it was impossible to raise a dollar cheque. Fortunately we were eventually allowed to get a money order from Walmart the day we arrived so it ended up OK. Just a note for anyone booking from UK. Robyn was quick to reply to any messages and we will look to stay here again. Highly recommended.

Golf trip

This condo has everything you need in kitchen and had hand soap and detergents. Everything seemed very new and very clean! The property manager was awesome and helped with any questions we had. We hope to be back next year!

Gorgeous Condo in Great Location

We stayed in this condo for 5 months while my husband worked in the local area. It was perfect - a truly beautiful place in a very convenient location. The owners were very friendly, responsive and accommodating, leaving us with everything we needed for an excellent stay. The place quickly felt like home to us. There is a terrific restaurant within walking distance, and a number just a short drive away. The hub of Naples, 3rd and 5th Avenues, along with Tin City, are about a 10 minute drive away. There is a beautiful park for walking (around a lake) just a 5 minute drive away. Publix is within 5 minutes. The Fountains Community is extremely safe and the folks who live there are very friendly. They have regular gatherings and are always willing to give tips for things to do. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks Robyn and Dave!

Close grocery store, great Italian food nearby(one across from condo and 1 by grocery store). Very friendly walking & bike paths right from condo.
