Centralement situé à North Park, cette maison de style néo-classique de 2 chambres a été récemment rénovée, avec une cuisine ouverte sur la salle à manger, le chauffage central et la climatisation, un grand jardin avec terrasse et un barbecue. Il est situé dans une rue résidentielle calme mais encore à 2 minutes à pied du petit supermarché Parkside Food, de la Thorn Street Brewery, des food trucks gastronomiques nocturnes, du Grand Ole BBQ et Asado, du café Santos et d'un salon de coiffure. Un rapide quatre blocs à pied de la ligne de bus numéro 2 en allant vers le sud du centre-ville, ou South Park, ou au nord des restaurants North Park. Vous pouvez également marcher 8 minutes à 30th Street et Upas pour un grand choix de restaurants et de divertissements. Le zoo de San Diego se trouve à 1,8 km, dans le magnifique parc Balboa, site de l'exposition Panama-Californie en 1915. Le parc Balboa abrite aujourd'hui le musée d'histoire naturelle, le musée d'art de San Diego et de nombreuses autres attractions historiques.

This stay was our first at this property, and we hope to return many times in the coming years! We had a FABULOUS stay. The house is set up with thoughtful design, amenities, and pleasing aesthetics. Bonus: the rear patio and seating area were like having our own private park.The house is in a good area: walking distance to restaurants, cafes, bars, and small groceries. We enjoy walking, and we had several morning walks into Balboa Park; we EARNED those breakfast calories!The hosts were friendly and responsive. We highly recommend staying here!

The house is just charming, in a great location. It quiet and you can walk to a few restaurants & stores, The hosts are very responsive and the kitchen is well supplied with dishes, coffee, etc.The beds are super comfortable and the house is spotless with a fun decor. Amazing garden retreat in San Diego

Great house and location

Loved this house, it was beautiful and very clean. Pretty much stocked with anything you need. They even had beach chairs to use which were very nice. Washing machines for normal clothes and one for beach stuff. The neighborhood was very quiet, never really heard anything. Great little restaurants and shops near by. Would definitely love to stay again. Thank you!

What a great little house. It was a perfect location for getting to all the things we wanted to do in San Diego and situated in a cool neighborhood that has its own things to offer as well. Hosts were very attentive and clearly went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. Would recommend to anyone!

Perfect place in North Park

We loved our stay at Altadena! The property is better than the pictures, including the amazing outdoor spaces. Mick and Lynn were also very helpful and gracious hosts as well as great communicators. We also loved the surrounding neighborhood and its proximity to all of San Diego’s attractions.

Great House and Centrally Located !!

San Diego has so much to see and this North Park Home was about 15 minutes from everywhere we wanted to go !! The house was great, comfortable, and had everything we needed inside and out. We will try to come back and is highly recommended !!

Wonderful Stay

We had a lovely stay. Communication with host Mick was very smooth. The house itself is thoughtfully decorated and has everything you could need (and more). We loved the neighborhood feel and proximity to restaurants, shops, and Balboa Park. We also appreciated the beautiful landscaping and backyard patio for relaxing and dining el fresco. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Thorn Street Brewery is a block away, Santos coffee place opposite brewery.
There's small market within half a block, barber, hair dresser on a quiet street, in an out of the way back block of North Park. Baron's Market on north end of Bancroft St, about 5 minutes away.
Scooters are usually close by though they're getting rarer as the craze wears off. Rideshare (Uber and Lyft) are a great way to get around.
