The first day we checked in, we noticed there was no hot water in one of the bathrooms. I contacted management and was told they would have a member of the maintenance staff come over to fix it. That never happened despite me reaching out every day about the issue. After a week staying there, I said it wasnât fair that I paid for a 2-bed, 2-bath, when in reality we only stayed in a 2-bed, 1-bath. I felt I should be reconciled for the difference in cost. I was told it would be remedied, however I still have not received any money back, despite me continuing to reach out to the management. A huge disappointment.
