Suite privée dans O4W.

Appartement d'une chambre avec beaucoup de lumiÚre naturelle, plafonds de 10 pieds, entrée privée, véranda, salon, petite cuisine, grande salle de bain, walk-in et laveuse / sécheuse. La véranda donne sur le jardin avant avec vue sur le centre-ville. La cuisine est ouverte sur le salon qui a des portes françaises à la véranda. La chambre est grande avec lit queen et buanderie dans un dressing. Il y a un parking fermé et beaucoup de stationnement dans la rue. Cet appartement est au premier étage d'une maison centenaire dans le quartier le plus diversifié d'Atlanta - Historic Old Fourth Ward.
Il y a beaucoup de stationnement gratuit dans la rue si vous vous garez Ă  20 pieds des passages pour piĂ©tons et Ă  15 pieds des bornes d'incendie. Nous avons un endroit disponible dans notre allĂ©e fermĂ©e derriĂšre la maison oĂč il y a une tĂ©lĂ©commande sur la table basse.

Such a thoughtful place to stay! Homey, wonderful art work on the walls, enough towels & wash cloths for both of us to last through our long weekend. A beautiful neighborhood, easy street parking at each arrival. We enjoyed the location & were able to have a great time in Atlanta. Thank you!

We came to Atlanta for a wedding for 3 nights. My communication with Patrick was fantastic. The Queen bed is very comfortable and it was nice to have a sitting area and galley kitchen. The bed linens were very comfortable (I’m picky) and there were plenty of towels. The kitchen had coffee pods for our use and there was a Brita water jug in the refrigerator. It was great to have reserved parking behind the house. It was easy to get to many attractions in Atlanta.

Gardenesque Oasis in O4W

Booked this listing for a work trip, and decided to extend my stay to enjoy the city. The owners are great hosts, providing updates on any outside work to make sure you weren't startled. Also give great local eat and see recommendations, really creating a home away from home with this listening. There was secure parking for vehicle owners, and the quiet was great after conference days.

Lovely long weekend in this century old home away from home

We spent the long Memorial Day weekend in this really quaint VRBO carved out of a corner of the hosts beautiful century old home in Atlanta’s O4W. The hosts thought of everything. We were super comfortable and felt right at home. There are several restaurants within walking distance (Amano’s Italian and Umai Sushi) that we enjoyed each evening of our stay. Patrick and Galal are very gracious hosts and we’ll definitely be back next Memorial Day weekend!

Exactly what we wanted

Was in town for a conference and needed a place near the Georgia Congress and rooming enough to hang out that wasn’t a stale hotel room. Also needed to be clean, secure, and affordable. All were met. Plus, place had solid furniture with nice interior which made it a fun stay for us.

Weekend trip

Perfect spot for a short weekend trip to ATL. Came into town for a show at Mercedes Benz stadium and this location was convenient to everything we wanted to do! We loved sitting in the front area and the space felt like a perfect size for two.

Easy walking distance to lots of fun eating spots and the John Lewis Trail. Highlight for us was the Carter Center.

I came later than I anticipated, so it was dark and I got a little turned around. They helped me get in and even offered to help with my things. I somehow locked myself out, they talked me through the solution even though it was after 11. I got ready to leave, they closed the gate so I didn’t have to walk around. Accommodating is an understatement. The space was perfect, exactly as advertised, but better in person. It was nice having a designated parking spot. Caught a quick Lyft to and from my location and never had to worry about traffic. For those who complained about the location, you prob just need to get out a lil more, there’s nothing wrong with this area. I’m already looking for an excuse to return!

My husband & I had a kid free night out and this place did not disappoint!! The owners were incredible, the bed, pillows & sheets were soooooo comfortable! Although we didn't cook they had everything one would have needed. Thank you guys for the hospitality!!!

This house was perfectly located in the most diverse and historic neighborhood. Being in a transitional area made it one of the most affordable properties in Atlanta. The neighborhood has changed quite a bit in the past few years but we still love it.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Built in the early 1900's it features 10 ft. ceilings, lots of windows provide a lot of natural light, Hardwood floors and large spacious rooms.
