Really clean property with all the necessary amenities! It was in a pretty quiet neighborhood near grocery stores so it felt safe. We loved our stay here!

Amazing place, absolutely impeccable and the host left more than enough: coffee, milk, cookies...even some beer and wine! The location is great within a nice residential neighborhood in Madrid, close to anything you would need and just an uber way from all main attractions in the city.It was just 3 of us and we loved it!Thanks Ivan!

We had a great stay at the apartment. The location is good reachable. Check in and check out is very easy. The apartment is big with 2 bathrooms. Coffee pads are prepared for us, which makes us feel at home. Thank you and we will come back again.

We only stayed one night as a stopover point, but the location was nice - close to dining. Check-in was simple, apartment was clean. Communication with host was flawless. Downstairs shower did not drain and you had to turn the water on and off during shower so as not to overflow the base pan onto the floor which was sub-par but not that big of a deal.

Here is the review in English: The accommodation has an excellent location, and we could reach everything easily. Communication with Ivan was outstanding – he was always available and gave us great recommendations. The apartment was clean, nicely furnished, and very comfortable. Our stay here was great. Ivan was an excellent host and a great communicator. He allowed us to check in a bit early when our flight was super early. We liked the location as it was more in a residential area. Easy to check in.

This property was perfect for our short stay in Madrid! It's located in a gorgeous part of the city, just off from streets lined with bars, cafe's and restaurants of such great quality! On mornings where we just wanted easy breakfasts before a day of exploring we were spoiled for choice. Also, it's such a convenient location to hop on the metro and get to the city centre with ease! Ubers and cabs are relatively affordable but we found we had such a good experience with the public transport. The property itself was well maintained when we arrived, the host generously providing some treats and wine, a lovely welcome present! It was fully equipped which made the option to stay in a cook for ourselves possible if we liked! Genuinely, we cannot find fault here and will definitely be rebooking when we return to Madrid!

The apartment was very clean and just as shown in the pictures. The host is very quick to communicate and accommodate, and did everything possible to make us feel at home. Even surprised us with a little welcome basket! Would highly recommend staying here. It is in the city and therefore can hear some city noice, but nothing that keeps you from sleeping peacefully! Would stay again for sure :)

The host was amazing and communicated often. The overall place was not what we expected, felt slightly dirty to be honest. They did provide a welcome basket of goodies, which was very nice. The kitchen setup was very odd, as well as the downstairs extra room. You could barely move around the bed downstairs, and I’m a very small person. Location was great overall. The noise outside kept us all up the entire night and it was a Monday night. It worked for one night but I would have been disappointed if this was where we stayed our entire trip.

The area is quiet but is not really near to any Metro stations. There is no form of casual seating in this place. Only table and chairs. There is no kettle provided to boil water. The host suggested using the microwave or boiling a saucepan!! Most of the walls are stained black at the bottom giving a rather grubby impression, and the back of the front door is filthy. The windows at the front of the property are covered with opaque sheeting limiting the amount of natural light giving the place a rather gloomy feeling. The main upstairs bedroom is a good size but rather dark. The en suite bathroom is very clean and spacious and the hot water worked very well. We had to move the bed because something rolled underneath, and underneath the bed was filthy. The downstairs area is extremely cramped and access is very limited, and there is absolutely no where to hang clothes or store things. The 2 adults that were due to stay downstairs here spent only one night here and then checked out.

Appartement propre mais équipement strictement minimum dans la cuisine. 2 serviettes pour 3 personnes alor qu' on paie aussi à la personne. Chambre et salle de bain en sous sol . Aucune vue nulle part. Petite TV ridicule au dessus d'une porte. Propriétaire rentabilise au maximum. Mais du vin et du lait....

Lamento que no hayas disfrutado del apartamento Dominique. Lo que comentas de las toallas es raro, puede que no revisases los dos baños. Es justo aclarar algunas cosas, el apartamento tiene dos habitaciones y dos baños, uno de ellos está en el sótano pero el otro esta en planta baja con una gran ventana (esto se puede apreciar en la fotos del anuncio).

Ivan est un hôte attentionné,particulièrement réactif et de bon conseil L’appartement est relativement bien situé et permet de se projeter sur le centre en traversant les rues marchandes. Este pequeño apartamento esta muy bien ubicado y senti que la zona era muy segura a todas horas. La transportacion publica a los alrededores es buena. Agradezco mucho lo que el host nos dejo para hacer nuestra estadia mejor, cafe, galletas, vino, y unas cervecitas, Gracias!!! Desafortunadamente, tuvimos problemas con el baño del sotano, el agua se estancaba cuando nos bañabamos. Situacion que no se resolvio en los tres dias que estuvimos ahi. El apartamento tiene tres camas en el nivel inferior y hay que bajar unas escaleras angostas. En los dias de calor el aire no se siente y el televisor es un chiste, creo que es de 24 pulgadas y super alto. Algo facil de mejorar para la comodida del apartamento. Ver un partido del mundial ahi era fatal!

Très bon hôte, avec un petit panier d accueil, toujours appréciable! Logement propre et fonctionnel. Un peu excentré du centre ville mais très bien desservi (ligne de métro direct pour le centre à moins de 5 min et le trajet dure 10 min), et du coup, appartement très calme! Idéal pour un WE entre copines!
