Chez moi à Madrid 3, au centre de Madrid. Promenade dans les musées, les places, la Gran Via et le Sol

alternative parfaite Ă  une chambre d'hĂŽtel cher sans renoncer luxe ou l'emplacement! L'appartement est situĂ© au troisiĂšme Ă©tage (avec ascenseur) d'un immeuble entiĂšrement neuf, mais avec une façade d'origine. Il est situĂ© dans une rue trĂšs populaire, "Calle de Huertas", situĂ©e dans le centre historique de Madrid, "Barrio de las Letras". À distance de marche des musĂ©es du Prado, Thyssen et Reina Sofia et du Palacio Real. L'appartement dispose d'un lit king size et de canapĂ©s-lits supplĂ©mentaires dans le salon. Beaucoup de lumiĂšre et de bruit au milieu de tous les lieux incontournables Ă  ne pas manquer Ă  Madrid. La chambre a 3 murs, ce qui veut dire qu’elle n’est pas totalement privĂ©e. Un mur / placard sĂ©pare le salon de la chambre Ă  coucher (comme on peut le voir sur les images).

L'appartement est juste à cÎté de la Plaza de Santa Ana. PrÚs de la Puerta del Sol et de la Plaza Mayor. Vous pouvez marcher à La Cava Baja, Mercado de San Miguel et aussi à Parque del Retiro. Vraiment un emplacement parfait.

Es war einfach alles perfekt. Von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme ĂŒber das Check-in, die Ausstattung und natĂŒrlich die absolute Top- Lage. Es war einfach (fast) alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sollten wir irgendwann wieder nach Madrid kommen, werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder versuchen bei Gorete unterzukommen.

A special apartment in a great building on one of the nicest streets in Las Letras. Gorete and her team do a great job! This is our second time staying in one of Gorete’s apartments and we are already thinking about coming back again.

Perfect!

We were so happy with our stay. Gorete provided us with a great written guide to Madrid that helped us plan our short visit. We arrived early in the morning and we were lucky to have access right away. The apartment is small and cozy, it was perfect size for the two of us and the a/c was nice and strong - which we definitely needed! We were walkable to everything we wanted to do and so many restaurants, cafes, and bars. We would certainly rent again when back in Madrid!

Well organized and great location

The apartment is very well organized and convenient. The only drawback is sound isolation. Unfortunately, we could hear all the movements of our neighbours, and since they went to bed pretty late, this was a nuisance for us. Something to consider if you are noise-sensitive.

At home in Madrid

Great location. Within walking distance of the Prado museum and the royal palace. Too many restaurants close by to count. Vi Cool downstairs has a varied and delicious menu. The hostess bent over backwards to make sure that everything was ok for us. Nice apartment in a secure building. Highly recommended.

Life in Madrid

Nice place in a convenient location. Clean and comfortable bed. Kitchen area has everything you need. The only complaint is the street noise after the bars close at 2 a.m. it's part of what happens in the world when young people leave the bars. I'd stay here again for sure

We had an amazing stay at this VRBO in the heart of Madrid’s Centro area. The location was perfect—close to major attractions, great restaurants, and lively neighborhoods. Our host was incredibly attentive, providing excellent instructions for check-in and thoughtful recommendations for things to do around the city. Their local insights truly enhanced our experience, making it easy to explore and enjoy Madrid to the fullest. Great location — some problems

The location of the apartment was fabulous. Located in a lovely area of Madrid. The street was quiet even with all the activity generated by its multiple restaurants. The main Madrid attractions are within a walk or a short cab ride away. A cab stand in the square half a block away was very handy. There is a building concierge in the lobby who can be helpful.There are a few issues however. The shower doesn’t drain. It needs cleaning. It was nice to see actual instructions for the clothes washer but they aren’t the right instructions.It would be helpful to know what to do with garbage. The concierge showed us the room with the bins and we took some items to the public bins in the square. The woman in the apartment to the right of us (3D) was a bit of a problem. Apparently she works from home and is at home most of the time. She does not like noise and the walls are thin. We are in our 70’s and not very noisy but she complained once the tv was too loud so we turned it down so we could barely hear it. The second time she complained it was because we were on a zoom call with our family and apparently we were laughing too loud, so you takes your chances.

Do not hesitate!

My husband and I traveled to Madrid for a 9 day stay. These accomodations were perfect for the 2 of us (we are a 64 year old couple. Our 30 year old daughter also stayed with us for one night). First of all, Gorete (owner) and Alicia (the on-site attendant) were always at our disposal. They answered inquiries within minutes, helping to secure taxis when needed. The apartment was thoughtfully stocked: cream, sugar, condiments, tp, soap, etc. It was clean with all the conveniences from home. Because of the layout of the apartment, with the bed in the back, the light and the noise level stays in the front of the apartment (streetside). Delightful experience in a perfect neighborhood.

Perfect apartment in great area

My husband and I had a great week in Madrid, staying at this apartment. Well furnished with adequate kitchen equipment to do some cooking, a combo washer/dryer. On 3rd floor with a well functioning elevator. Many restaurants and bars nearby, convenient to taxi stands. Short walk to train station for day trips. Located on a lively street, but the noise did not keep as awake. Host was great Very responsive.

Madrid is Magical

Our host told us we would want to come back to Madrid and boy was she right! This might be my favorite city in the world now. The apartment was everything and more and the location was perfect! We can’t wait to return.

Great Location and Apartment

This apartment was perfect for our 1 week stay in Madrid! The location is great. It was close to many of the places we wanted to visit, and there were Metro and Bus stops nearby for other places. We could even walk to the train station for our day trip to Toledo. The apartment itself was fantastic - having a kitchen was very convenient and we walked to markets nearby for supplies. Having a combination washer & dryer unit enabled us to do the trip with minimal luggage. The AC was able to keep up with the hot August summer weather and the wireless internet was faster than we have at home!

Location, location, location! This is smack-dab in the middle of the historic Barrio de las Letras (Literature Neighborhood) very romantic, safe and with countless places to eat, people-watch, on a pedestrian street (no traffic).

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The building was completely gutted a few years ago and they saved the facade and the 100 year old staircase, but everything else is brand-new modern construction. We have furnished and equipped the apartment with everything we would like to find in a rental, we use VRBO ourselves when we travel so we understand that small details are paramount. Besides, we have lived in Madrid for manyyears, so we are happy to steer you to the best suggestions, whether they are restaurants, site seeing, shopping, trendy restaurants, family places or unique Madrid experiences depending on your date of travel.
