Belle piscine d'eau salée avec chaleur solaire! Vous allez adorer la vie privée de notre phare offre. Cette maison est à seulement deux minutes à pied de la plage sans routes très fréquentées à traverser. Il est entièrement meublé - tout ce que vous devez emballer est votre maillot de bain et une brosse à dents! Il a sèche-cheveux, fer à repasser, des chaises de plage, parasol, boogie board et jouets de plage. Accès Internet sans fil aussi.

Il est joliment décoré et impeccablement propre. Il ya une télévision dans le salon et toutes les chambres. La chambre principale a un dressing et une porte coulissante menant au patio dans le lanai privé et dans la cour arrière.

New Smyrna Beach a beaucoup de bons restaurants, boutiques, galeries d'art, golf miniature, des parcs, la pêche, le golf, et bien sûr, la plus grande plage autour. Il ya un parc de deux pâtés de maisons où vous pouvez jouer au tennis et au basket-ball. La maison est à distance de marche des commerces sur Flagler Ave.

Vous pouvez aller à des attractions à Orlando pendant la journée et revenir à New Smyrna Beach pour se détendre à la plage. Notre emplacement central permet d'aller autour d'une expérience sans tracas.

First time renting a house in New Smyrna

This house was perfect for our family vacation! We really enjoyed our stay. The home is only a short walk to the beach, Flagler& restaurants, etc. It has a fully stocked kitchen! Lots of towels and pretty much anything you could possibly need for the beach - floats, toys, chairs, umbrellas. Having your own private pool was great! I would highly recommend this home if you are looking for a great relaxing place to stay.

First off the property seemed nice and close to the beach. The owner was very easy to contact. The problem I have is the second evening. I thought I found 2 small roaches in the bathroom. I contacted Jackie right away. She told me there was never a problem. Her brother in law brought over a can of Raid. I thought maybe it wasn’t a roach and a small bug? I didn’t see anything else. We were enjoying the property with no other problems. The evening, the day before check out I went into the garage and there were about 12 maybe more roaches that scattered when I turned on the light. I freaked we sprayed around the door and put a towel underneath. I texted Jackie that night with photos of the roaches. She called me the next day. When she called she was laughing, I was so mad she said she never sprayed the property and it was basically our fault because we probably left garage door open? Which we never did. I told her she had a hole that was on the bottom of the garage door. She told me she would get someone out there to spay but I was so scared if she did the situation would get worse. We shook all our stuff out packed and left. I think it is ridiculous that you own a property and do not spray for bugs especially in Florida and I don’t understand how roaches showed up when we just got there and she never knew anything about this. I would never stay at her property again.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad you enjoyed the location and found communication easy—that’s always important to me. I do want to clarify a few points for future guests. This is Florida, and while the home is well maintained, it’s not unusual to occasionally see a bug, especially in areas like garages. You initially reported seeing two small bugs in the bathroom, and I responded immediately and sent over assistance right away but you wouldn't let him treat the area, saying you would do it yourself. Regarding the garage and the hole in the side door there, that space is more exposed to the outdoors, and unfortunately, seeing insects (palmetto bugs) there can happen in this climate. I had a professional exterminator come out promptly to address your concerns but you refused to let him treat the house and yard. I also want to address that I take all guest concerns seriously and would never laugh at a situation that made a guest uncomfortable. My goal is always to resolve issues quickly and make every stay a good experience. I do regularly maintain the property, including pest control, and will continue to do so. I wish you had allowed us the opportunity to fully resolve the concern during your stay.

Perfect place for family to come together rest, relax, and enjoy. Safe neighbor for teens to come and go. Short distance to beach. We plan to go back every summer.

Perfect Getaway

This house was perfect for our family vacation! Awesome location with a quick walk to the beach and the shops on Flagler. The house is stocked up with so many essentials like towels, kitchen supplies, toys, etc that you don’t have to drag from your home. Jackie was amazing to deal with helping accommodate any requests and answer questions. The house and pool were clean and tidy. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful

We had a great experience. We rented with friends and both families both were thoroughly happy with the property. The house was clean when we arrived, spacious enough for two families. The pool was fantastic for after beach trips. It also has a pool fence to keep kids safe which we were unaware of beforehand but were pleasantly surprised about. The kitchen appliances were great for cooking in during the pandemic. The only issue we had was the WiFi being spotty and not staying connected but not a big deal when we wanted to be outdoors most of the time. The walk to the beach was super fast and easy. Jackie was an incredible host, very responsive both before and during the trip. We would definitely consider renting this house again in the future.

This house far exceeded our expectations. The house is very spacious and has plenty of room for the whole family. The house has everything that you need from beach chairs, beach umbrellas, pool toys, beach towels, hair dryers, even had laundry pods, dishwasher pods, and dish soap. The pool was awesome after a day out at the beach. The beach access was just a short walk. It was really nice being so close to Flagler Ave. that we could walk down for lunch or to do a little shopping. Jackie was very easy to work with and my family plans to stay at her property again next year. GREAT VACATION HOME!!

House was very nice and clean and everything on the website was correct. The house also comes with tons of beach equipment and other cooking tools and everything you need to have a great stay. Only problem I had is that as the guest, you are unable to change the pool temperature. While a very nice pool, the pool was too cold once the sun went down. While in the summer this might not be a problem, the mild temperatures made it intolerable outside of when the sun was up. Other than that, everything exceeded expectations.

This house is very spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed having the pool to use after a hot day on the beach, which was a short walk across the street. Flagler Ave was also a short walk and there are plenty of wonderful restaurants right near the house. Publix was right there as well. We hope to come back again!
