Location and luxury! Enjoy this completely updated beach retreat. Three stylish bedrooms and 2 spacious bathrooms accommodate 7 guests. Each room has a smart TV but who wants to watch TV when they can be swimming in the pool, or reading a book in the tropical backyard. Only 2 blocks to all the action on Flagler Avenue and steps from the beach. Leave your car in the driveway. Everything is in walking distance. This vacation getaway has everything you need to unplug: 2 bikes, beach chairs, outdoor grill, and fire pit.

Our stay in beautiful beachside NSB

We had an amazing time staying at this lovely home that turned out to be a private retreat in the perfect location! We were so close to the beach as well as shopping and there are so many fun things to do on and around Flagler Avenue. Bonnie is an outstanding host who was very attentive and helpful, and fun to talk to! We thoroughly enjoyed lounging by the private pool and hot tub with our guests, and loved that we could bring our 3 little dogs. The living space is just lovely, everyone who stayed with us commented on how clean and spacious the home is. We definitely plan to go back, and so do our friends.

Great host

The host was super friendly and efficient. When asked a question she responded immediately. She came two days in a row to show us how to operate appliances. The house was very convenient to the beach and walkable to shops and restaurants. Very nice stay!

Wonderful holiday home

We enjoyed everything about this property. The location is fabulous, walking distance to Flagler and the beach. The house is beautifully setup, nice clean bathrooms and kitchen, comfortable beds, and an amazing yard. What a lovely pool and we enjoyed the hot tub so much. Bonnie responded to any question quickly and was so welcoming and helpful.

Perfect in every way!

Perfect location to Flagler Ave (2 blocks). Perfect location to the beach (1.5 blocks). Perfect amenities (beautiful pool, hot tub, fire pit, grill, fenced in yard and fake grass for your pup). Beds and linens were very comfortable, plenty of bath and beach towels, washer/dryer...and parking...just to name a few. Bonnie was a delight to communicate with. Check-in and Check-out couldn't have been easier. I will be back for sure!

First experience

First time using VRBO and first visit to New Smryna Beach FL. Property and manager were awesome. Location was excellent. Extremely close to Flagler Ave and the beach. The property had everything needed for a perfect vacation. Only took my clothes and needed nothing. We were blessed with perfect weather every day. I will return definitely and would never stay any other place in New Smryna Beach FL. My little dog loved the fenced in pool and outdoor living area too. I praise God for a much needed wonderful vacation.

Loved This Beach House!

One of our best trips ever! Just a block from the beach and Flagler, we took advantage of all New Smyrna has to offer. The pool and spa were such an oasis and the house so cozy yet spacious, and very clean. Plenty of towels, two great bikes, and a great outdoor eating area and chill spot in the back yard. When can we come back? Thanks, Bonnie, for a perfect stay.

As good as advertised. Bonnie is a nice host and the house is fantastic. Great beach house and great location. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, and shops. The private pool, grill, and firepit make for nice evenings at home. Newly renovated throughout, most notably in the kitchen and bathrooms. Short drive to access the beach and Publix is close as well. You don't have to stray far once you check into this house.

Cozy beach home!!

First off, Bonnie was very easy to communicate with from the beginning to Check out. The home itself is clean and well maintained, has all the accommodations and more for a perfect stay for a large family. Very quiet neighborhood and most go to places are walking distance (stores, coffee, restaurants, beach) this is convenient, we would let the kids walk or bike everywhere. NSB is beautiful and it is half a block up, definitely a perfect home for a long stay.

I'm from Miami but our family discovered New Smyrna Beach in 2018. We fell in love with this small, surfer beach town. I love to host first-time and returning guests to enjoy it as our family does.

We love the drive-on beach! Load everything up in the car and unload it right on the sand. The beach is clean and flat! Great for playing sports, walking and bike riding! And it may be a small town, but the food is remarkable — no chain restaurants, just local fare.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Short walk to Flagler Avenue (restaurants, bars and shops) and the beach make this property the best for vacation. The pool and hot tub are a must after a day at the beach! The fenced-in yard is great for dogs.
