L'emplacement est parfait, l'appartement est à 5 minutes à pied du Duomo, SS Annunziata, 10 minutes du Ponte Vecchio, des Offices et S Lorenzo marché.
Situé à proximité du monument le plus artistique de Florence.
Situé à 5 minutes à pied de la gare et à 15 minutes de l'aéroport de Florence en voiture.
Au 3ème étage avec ascenseur.

Je habite juste à côté, donc je peux assurer mon invité le meilleur séjour.

L'appartement est très calme et la lumière, les rues environnantes regorgent de restaurants, boutiques et attractions culturelles.

L'appartement dispose de 2 chambres, 2 salles de bains, une cuisine entièrement équipée (four, réfrigérateur, lave-vaisselle et congélateur) et est intégrée dans le salon.
La chambre principale est à l'étage avec une salle de bains privative.

Salon est meublé avec un canapé convertible, une table pour 4/6.
WIFI gratuit, climatisation et chauffage.

L'appartement est situé dans la zone fermée à la circulation, mais si vous avez une voiture il ya vraiment près des garages privés et publics. Je peux fournir des informations complémentaires si nécessaire.

I can't recommend this stay enough. We were absolutely delighted with EVERYTHING! Lots of space for our extended family visit, the BEST location you can imagine, and a lovely host who even provided croissants & coffee. We couldn't have been happier with our stay in Florence.

We had a wonderful stay here. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and comfortable and close to everything. We loved the location! It felt very safe and was family-friendly. Grocery stores and a pharmacy were minutes away. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a charming property in a great location to visit all the main attractions of Florence. The host was very welcoming, and the extra kitchen amenities (coffee, a bottle of juice, and a box of pastries) were a delightful touch. I was also very appreciative that the host was able to arrange a taxi for our early morning trip to the airport; it was much more economical than booking an Uber Black. Overall, it was a great stay that worked out perfectly for our family.There is a small elevator that fits 2–3 people to get up to the 3rd floor (the 4th floor, counting the U.S. way). This was essential for my parents, especially after 20,000-step days! Trekking up and down the building's main stairs was good exercise, but I didn't necessarily need it. Inside the apartment, there is also a tight spiral staircase to get up to the loft area that was somewhat difficult to navigate with luggage (I recommend leaving heavy bags on the main floor). This quirk is to be expected in any place where space is limited, but it's just something to be aware of. The only minor inconveniences were that the Wi-Fi was on the slow side, especially when multiple people were on their devices at the same time, and the fold out bed required some "engineering" with additional blankets to provide sufficient support for sleep. We did take advantage of the washer during our stay. The load took a long time, but I learned that is typical in Europe.

Apartment was clean and kitchen was well supplied with dishes and pans. Great location to many things and good restaurants nearby. The tram stop was close by for the airport or train station. The only negative is the power went out two nights in a row, but a quick fix in the breaker box, and elevator got stuck one time.

Our stay in Florence was absolutely delightful! The apartment was clean, quaint, and cozy, offering the perfect blend of comfort and charm. Its central location made it incredibly easy to explore—just a short walk to many of the city’s top attractions, restaurants, and historic landmarks. The host was outstanding—extremely accommodating, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything smooth and stress-free. I recommend restaurant Trattoria Za Za - lots of food options, reasonable price, delicious food.I also highly recommend taking the all-day Tuscany Tour (found on Viator)—a fantastic way to experience Siena, San Gimignano, Pisa, and the beautiful Tuscan countryside. This was truly an unforgettable Florence experience!

The host was wonderful, she let us store our luggage before checkin. Checkin was easy. All info was accurate. It has an elevator, but if someone doesn’t close the door properly it won’t work. It is a perfect location.
