Detached and spacious, with interior design that befits such prestigious accommodation, guests can only be impressed by the unique combination of factors that come together to define stays in this wonderful property. Downstairs, the generous living spaces have been appointed with furniture of superior quality, providing intimate interesting places for guests to relax. The nearby dining room is accessible from the internal living areas, while also providing french doors to the the garden dining patio. The modern kitchen is well equipped and is able to handle catering for special occasions. For those looking to enjoy an evening off, private chefs will easily get to grips with the facilities being provided. There is even a hidden bar!
Upstairs, four en suite bedrooms have been curated, each containing exceptional beds that have been dressed with fine linens. Two of the bedrooms can be prepared as either a 6' super-king bed, or as two 3' twin beds. Please confirm your preference at the time of booking. From the master and from bedroom two, you can enjoy views over the saltmarshes, whereas bedrooms three and four look over the mature garden. The fifth bedroom is housed in the garden annexe and also provides a super-king bed and en suite shower room.
Outside, the unique position of Marsh House comes to the fore. On the seaward side of the house, the terrace provides panoramic views of the coastline, allowing guests to absorb and enjoy the coastal ambience, occasionally punctuated by passing marsh harriers and barn owls. On the garden side of the house, another patio has been prepared with gas barbecue and outdoor dining furniture. With planted flower beds and a generous lawn, this is a great space for children and dogs. The nearby off-road parking area provides parking for four cars and provides two EV charge points.
Please note: At the end of driveway access for Marsh House there are ongoing building works that are being carried out on, but a large, grassed area separates Marsh House from this plot and any impact will be minimal.
Additional Information: Two well-behaved dogs welcome (small additional charge). Feather bedding is provided at the property. While infants are welcome, Marsh House does not provide a travel cot, high chair or stair gates. There is external CCTV covering the entrance to the courtyard. There are two EV charge points that are available for guests to use. Please be aware, all double beds are prepared with single duvet's, in the continental style.

On the seaward side of the house, you've a large terrace with additional seating, from which to enjoy the view.
