Such a comfortable and quiet apartment to come home to after busy days in Paris. We so appreciated the air conditioning as it was so warm during our visit. Laundry and coffee in unit were very appreciated as well. Definitely recommend!

There are no exterior windows for view or fresh air, only windows that open onto interior passageway, which was very dirty. Bedroom size was very good, and the kitchen had you needed. It was air conditioned and it was quiet at night. Of the two bathrooms, only one shower could be used because the other was very tiny. Location was good for closeness to restaurants and Les Halles

The apartment was very clean and in a great location for local restaurants, away from crowded tourist traps. The flat is very small. It would be fine for a couple or two singles. Four people was tight. Bedrooms are small, no closet or drawer space. Bathrooms are even smaller, no counter space, no hooks. If you are a larger person it will be difficult to maneuver. There is a flight of stairs to the apartment so if you have heavy luggage it's something else to consider. We did enjoy our stay, and the location, but are thankful it was only for a few days.

Apartment perfectly located to explore Paris. Bit of a snag due to multiple property management/ listing agents being involved in our booking. The company onsite in Paris had no record of our booking. It got sorted out within an hour of waiting at the airport. Just added a bit of stress but turned out ok. The apartment was clean and had linens and towels and toiletries and kitchen plates and utensils. Very quiet building on a covered, secured side street. The only real downside was the “view” out the windows which was of the facing building covered in bird dung and dirt. Not this property’s fault. Just keep the drapes closed. Check out was simple. Really good coffee and pastries a few steps away. Louvre, Eiffel and Notre Dame all easy walking distance. Two bathrooms and two separate bedrooms both with decent sized beds. Clothes washer in the kitchen. All in all a decent place to stay if your main focus is exploring Paris on foot.

The location and apartment was very nice. The only thing I worried about is once I booked I never heard from them and the didn't respond to my messages to confirm until the 2 days before. I realize instructions come later for check in but no communication at all prior is a new one for me and we have done many VRBO and AirB N B. A confirmation is always nice prior to departure.

Es gab keine Fenster nach draußen, die Ausblick oder frische Luft boten, sondern nur Fenster, die auf einen sehr schmutzigen Innenflur führten. Das Schlafzimmer war geräumig und die Küche komplett ausgestattet. Es gab eine Klimaanlage und nachts war es ruhig. Von den zwei Badezimmern war nur eine Dusche nutzbar, da die andere sehr klein war. Die Lage war gut, da Restaurants und das Einkaufszentrum Les Halles in unmittelbarer Nähe waren.

Die Fotos bei Buchung entsprechen nicht der Realität. Die Wohnung ist in einer Passage die ursprünglich einmal viele kleine Geschäfte beherbergt hatte, die aber alle längst verlassen sind. Der taubenkot liegt überall haufenweise. Dementsprechend ist es nicht möglich bzw. Nicht anzuraten Fenster zu öffnen. Es gibt innerhalb der Wohnung so gut wie keine Ablagemöglichkeiten. Die Küche ist mit einer Mini Kochfläche versehen auf die man maximal einen Minitopf stellen kann. Sauberkeit mittelmäßig. Esstisch mit Stühlen nicht den Bildern entsprechend. Schlüsselübergabe unterirdisch. Statt wie vereinbart sich vor Ort zu treffen haben wir die Schlüssel dann im Studio Prestige abgeholt. Ein kleines Büro mit zig jungen Angestellten die alle mehr oder weniger lustlos am Telefon unterwegs waren. Anscheinend werden hier zentral Buchungen von Ferienwohnungen verwaltet. Der angebliche öffentliche Parkplatz unweit der Unterkunft entpuppte sich dann als Parkhaus wo man für 48,50€ pro Tag parken konnte. Die nächste abzocke! Preis Leistung stimmte hier in kleinster Weise überein. Nie mehr wieder wir können nur raten Hände weg
