Very good contact with the owner, very comfortable and the outside private patio was nice at night with the firepit. Kitchen is well stocked with cookware and utensils. We had a Great stay

The pool, deck & jacuzzi was the highlight of the property. The condo was roomy, but very dated. The tv did not work, & the tub facet leaked. The beds were comfortable & A/C & fans all worked. Great location Tapatio Pointe at North Mountain, Paradise Valley. Nice outdoor patio. Host communicated well with me. Great stay would rent again.

Stayed 6 weeks, couldn’t get the tv to work so borrowed a TV from local relatives , probably something to get fixed for future . Owner offered advice but options didn’t work. Nice quiet neighborhood and glad to be in a gated community. Basic supplies so we had to buy more dish soap, dishwasher detergent, paper towels and tp to get us through 6 weeks. Maybe a few more could be stocked for next guests. Bought hangers to use and leave for next guest as well. Overall, got a great price and was a good place to stay.

Spring Training 2024

The place was so nice and very quiet, nice closed in patio that was so relaxing to be out there for not only the sun, but for the nice evenings. Very safe, great pools.

Great spot in the Phoenix area

This was a great home base to go do things in the Phoenix area. My three kids enjoyed the pool even though it was in the 60s--they were closed one day due to painting, but we didn't know that! That's ok. Patrice kept in touch and was easy to reach with code changes and one water leak. She made extra effort to shampoo the carpets before we came, so they were a bit damp the first day, but it was nice and clean. Great place!

Perfect , couldn't have been better.

The entire property is very well maintained and peaceful. The unit was an amazing/wonderful surprise. The size and openness were more than I expected, even with the photos. The kitchen was well stocked, beds comfy and has a great yard. I WILL be coming back again to THIS unit with my husband. Thank you.

This place has a ton of room for the price we paid! The master bedroom and bathroom is spacious, the two floors gave us space for relaxing in between traveling around Phoenix, and it seemed very clean. It’s also a 20-30 minute drive to many things around Phoenix! A couple small issues we ran into were that the TV/internet didn’t work (but that was due to the previous tenants), it was a little confusing finding the entrance and where to park near the door, and the bed in the master was pretty loud and uncomfortable. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay!

Nice place

Was a nice place. Had a problem with the upstairs toilet leaking down onto the toilet on the bottom floor. Contacted host and was able to someone to fix it but it took a few days. I understand things happen but nothing was done for the inconvenience. Also the pool was not close like advertised. All in all it was nice .

Not as it appears

Unfortunately, the location wasn’t at all as the posting portrays. It’s in a very congested area that’s more industrial than residential. There were no instructions on how to find the actual entrance to the unit or where to park upon arrival. The garage door wasn’t working and the door jam for the door from the garage into the unit was broken. The stairs need to be reinforced as one of them was broken. There were bugs in the bathroom, one of the beds and the couch. The wall in the bathroom was rotted and crumbling. The beds and pillows were very old. The final straw for my family was the extremely loud road outside the unit that drivers seem to use as a racing strip…ot was extremely loud. My family was so disgusted that after being there only an hour or so, we packed up and left. The only positive was that after emailing and calling the host to address the issues, they gave me a partial reimbursement. Granted, it was less than half of the total amount I was charged but it was something. It was a very expensive mistake.

Cute condo in North Phoenix

Perfect for a Phoenix getaway! Two bedrooms and bathrooms, lots of open space. Gated community with pools. The host was extremely responsive with I really appreciate! Would definitely stay again!

Inside complex was nice.

The surrounding area of this townhouse was in an effing neighborhood. Car repair shops and old used car lots all around. Could not walk outside the complex. I was very disappointed as we have always stayed in nice areas. Absolutely no restaurants. We had to drive 25 minutes to find a pizza joint to pick up pizza. No stores or markets nearby. Lots of homeless. Drove some distance To market where they arrested a woman for stealing right in front of us. The unit wasn’t exactly clean. I did email the owner and he sent the cleaning crew back the next day. We were going to use oven and it was revolting. Also no info for where trash located . Also Bbq was torn apart and no propane so could not use. His daughter brought over next day and took care of it. He was quick to respond and do what’s right but suggested we use community bbq. No idea where it was. No TV in master bedroom as advertised. Said he never advised of TV yet cable wiring and remote control in nitestand. And no toaster. How can you not have toaster. We went and purchased one so we could eat breakfast. I do not recommend this place. Considering what we paid to advise close to all mentioned above, was misleading.

Jan was a difficult tenant to please. Before she arrived she demanded directions street by street from the airport, rather than using the address to find the townhouse. As soon as she complained we addressed every single issue immediately. When we sent someone out to repair the bbq there was nothing wrong with it other than the tank was missing and it was replaced immediately. We have never received a complaint about the area or that the local restaurants and shopping are inconvenient. There is a large chain grocery store 2.9 miles away. There is also the Hilton Point Tapatio about 1.5 miles away golf, fine dining and many other restaurants near by. "The townhouse is beautiful" as she stated at the time.....and in terms of cost a 1,500 square foot townhouse two bedroom two bath for far less than an average hotel is quite a good buy! Also, you can look at my listing there is no TV in the master bedroom advertised. Never had such negative feedback...but I was bracing myself for it!!!
