Beautiful 5 bedroom modern home with sea views
Perfect for family and group stays with comfortable beds, a lovely big kitchen for entertaining.
A very large lounge dining area and outside area too.
This peaceful and tranquil area is lovely and quiet surrounded by nature and water.
It is private and secured by gates in a small residential community of only 6 houses.
The houses are managed by security.

We ask for the peaceful area to be respected and noise is not allowed from 10pm to respect other guests and residents in the area.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Host cancelled booking remotely via app at the time of arrival with no communication, after sending me all the access codes earlier that week and messaging me earlier that week about our stay. I was able to access the property and could see that they had double booked us, so we did not enter the physical property out of respect for the other people already inside, however I could have which from a safety perspective for the guests is horrendous. The cancellation reason given came up as ENVIRONMENTAL, which it clearly wasn’t. As a group of 10 people this was devastating to the party, who had all arrived for a hen weekend especially the bride, with everyone travelling over 3hrs. The “host” refused to answer the phone, and only as trying to access my ‘keys’ did booking suddenly show as cancelled. No communication, no emails, no contact still 48hrs later. Disgraceful. Thankfully a wonderful alternative host was able to accommodate us at extremely short notice, highly recommend to stay there instead - you’ll find their properties on Boutique Beach Stays in West Wittering. Double booking happens, mistakes can be made, pick up the phone and directly contact guests and try to help resolve the situation that you have created and apologise.

The property is in a beautiful quiet location. The house is spacious and modern. However, we were disappointed with the cleanliness- it hadn’t been swept or mopped before our arrival, dusty surfaces, cobwebs in windows, weeds growing in balcony which was obviously never swept or cleaned. Dirty sheets in one bedroom. Air conditioning not working in one bedroom. No toilet paper in four bathrooms. No hairdryer. Only 4 towels out for 8 people. The rest was in the wash and we had to put them in dryer. The hot tub only arrived in second day as it had been damaged by previous guests. When it did arrive we had to fill it ourselves which took hours! The connecting tap in the laundry room kept coming off the tap and flooding the downstairs lounge. We had to keep mopping! On the final day of our stay check out was at 11am , however at 9am a team of cleaners and hot tub installers came to dismantle the hot tub while we were trying to have a peaceful breakfast. With grandchildren wanting to make good use of the hot tub, this was disappointing! In addition we booked and paid for a 5 bedroom house. The fifth bedroom was locked and the host said we had to pay extra for the fifth bedroom!!! Outrageous! Our holiday was not a peaceful breakfast!

This property was a tale of two halves...The property itself is beautiful - in a stunning location, very well presented, spacious, luxurious. It is huge - ideal for groups of friends or multiple families to spend a relaxing weekend in a really lovely location. We were thrilled to be able to stay there.But on arrival, the property wasn't clean. We asked for fresh bedding for one bed that had obviously been slept in (which was provided but we had to remove the dirty sheets and make the bed ourselves). The floors hadn't been hoovered (we were given a hoover and told to do it ourselves). We asked for fresh bedding for all beds (because we were nervous) but it didn't come so we had to just make do.In addition, there were lots of little details that made it feel like this host is new to hosting, or hasn't actually considered what is needed to stay in a property for a length of time. We had to ask for tea towels for the kitchen, and for bath mats (the showers are all open stalls that spray water all over the bathroom). Some bedrooms didn't have bedside lamps, none of them had a bin (either in the bedroom or an ensuite bathroom). Considering that this property sleeps 10 people there was only outdoor seating for about 4, and some of that was broken. This property has the potential to be amazing, and with a bit more attention to detail, we would highly recommend visiting it. But our experience was not worth the (considerable sum of) money that we paid for it.
