Great house, with very nice bedroom, bathroom, kitchen area and social spaces, including the rooftop! And Marian was very helpful and easy to communicate with. If we come back to Cowes, we will surely aim to stay in her house again!

I honestly don't know where to begin because no words can truly do this place justice! The property, the host, the location, the amenities—absolutely everything exceeded our expectations.If you're looking for a beautiful place to stay with the most breathtaking sea views, look no further. Marion was the most wonderful host I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She went above and beyond to make our stay absolutely perfect, and nothing was too much trouble.Thank you, Marion, for helping us create the most incredible memories. Modern house with great views

Perfect accommodation for family group aged between four and 80 years old. Lots of stairs to consider plus on a steep hill but with great views and level of comfort.

We had a wonderful few days staying in Marian's house. We especially enjoyed the roof terrace with ample seating and the BBQ area. Such a beautiful house with everything you need there

Great location beautiful home

We were a family of 4 generations. Sand we all loved the property. The house was perfect, very clean, beautiful design and close to the beach and Cowes. Highly recommended.

This property is in an excellent location and just a pleasant stroll into the town and harbour via the seafront. It was extremely clean on arrival and the listing details are fully accurate. The house is spacious and the views from the lounge and master bedroom, balconies and roof terrace are fantastic. Beds are very comfy and the kitchen is so well appointed it lacked nothing. Dealing with the host Marian was a pleasure from booking to departure and she was very helpful in recommendations for restaurants and places to visit etc. I would definitely recommend the property to friends and relatives and will look forward to rebooking again. We were a party of 8 adults and we found the house had plenty of space in all areas.

Island family getaway

This fabulous house was perfect for a multi-generational getaway. Amazing sea views and a perfect range of balconies and roof terraces for admiring the boats and yachts sailing by. What a view!

Just returned from a super stay here. A great house for our 3 generation family, plenty of space, equipment and brilliant Wifi! Marian goes the extra mile with the welcome in her house and communication before, during and since has been excellent. We would definitely recommend Marian and this property.

A truly amazing rental a short walk from central Cowes. Everything about this was high quality, from the main kitchen and living space, to the bedrooms and the outdoor seating (a choice of 3 balconies!!). The view out onto the Solent is never boring and we were blessed with great weather. Marian the host was super helpful, sending us a video message of how to access the property as well as guidance a places to visit. I cannot recommend highly enough…we will be back.

Stunning house in a stunning location

We had a wonderful family holiday in this beautiful house. The house worked brilliantly for 12 of us from a baby through to Grandparents. The facilities are exceptional and the house design brilliant. The views from all levels, especially the roof deck, were stunning. We could not have asked for more.

Wow, where do I start! Marian was the most amazing host, from booking to check in. I have never stayed at a property before where it was literally home from home with equipment. The location and views were stunning. We would definitely like to return as we loved our stay it exceeded our expectations.

Absolutely Perfect!

We were a group of friends having our annual trip away together. The house is beautiful, in a superb location within walking distance of the seafront, shops and restaurants. The house is beautifully decorated with a nautical theme and very well equipped. Marian our host was very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. It was all absolutely perfect!

Absolutely stunning house. The booking process and check in were super easy. We asked for recommendations of places to eat and Marian was happy to help. The house is finished to a very high standard throughout and was spotlessly clean too. There is everything you need inside the house. The bedrooms are all very big. The master bedroom has great views with a walkthrough wardrobe that leads to a massive bathroom. Plenty of balconies to sit on and look out to Sea. More than enough seating for our group of 12 inside and out. The drive was big enough for 3 cars. The seafront is a 3 min walk and shops, pubs, restaurants and more only 20 min walk along the sea front. You will not be disappointed if you book this property. I would book again without hesitation.
