The outdoor area features a generously sized swimming pool, sun loungers, and umbrellas, as well as a covered terrace with a dining table for alfresco meals. A rooftop solarium provides views across the pine forest towards Monte Toro, the highest point in Menorca and perfect for stargazing. Additional terraces and seating areas, along with a gas barbecue, enhance the outdoor living space. Further amenities include on-street parking directly in front of the villa, nearby mini-markets, and the island’s only golf course just a two-minute drive away. Mahón Airport is approximately 20 minutes by car.
