Le niveau principal ouvert invite à se rassembler à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur. Cheminée confortable pour les nuits fraîches avec un canapé confortable pour vous détendre et vous relaxer, cuisine entièrement équipée pour des sièges divertissants et confortables. Sièges supplémentaires pour 2 au comptoir.

La véranda arrière pouvant accueillir 12 personnes donne sur le Sandcastle Park et comprend un bar de style diner.

Nice house, great location and amenities

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beachwalk is a great place, especially for families - we love the convenience of the pool, Lake Kai (for water sports), and of course the Lake Michigan Beach. Ohana was comfortable, convenient to the playground, and a nice place to stay. It was very comfortable - a little smaller and worn as compared to the pictures, but management was very responsive. Overall a great stay!

Great Family Vacation Home

Lovely property and very well appointed kitchen and home. Close to activities, shuffleboard, kayaks, fishing and parking lot which we needed because we had 4 cars. The Beachwalk common areas were very well cared for, pool, park, boardwalks. piers and clubhouse which the children enjoyed very much!

Ohana in Beachwalk

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very good experience overall, very friendly and helpful staff, great home and amenities. Had difficulties finding adequate parking the first day because of how busy the resort happened to be that particular day, but this eased up nicely the rest of the stay. The resort has a lot of homes within its boundaries, so some crowding is anticipated. But our home had ample space to stretch out on both the front porch and the screened back porch as well as in the living room/dining area. We combined 3 families for a reunion and it worked out very nicely. The golf cart was lots of fun and helpful taxiing people back and forth from the lake. We primarily were in the house or on the Lake Michigan beach which was amazing. The lake is within walking distance and the wooden boardwalk brought you very close to the sandy beach. We would readily come back here again.

We loved it. So sorry to mention the things we that were frustrating. No coffee maker ( the Kerrigan is a waste of materials), no beach towels, ran out of paper goods within 2 days. The office person graciously gave us 2 more rolls of TP and 1 garbage bag. The golf cart stopped working. They didn’t have a replacement until we complained enough and they found one. Most of 2 days without the cart. The place was very pleasant. We did have a great time. I mention these things because with the amount of money we paid, these items should have been provided.

Great community-home needs some attention!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ohana has two great porches and very comfortable beds. We had two leaks from the upstairs bath into the chandelier over the kitchen table. After following up with the office a plumbing company came out and determined it was a “fluke” however it happened again the next night. We had our 5 grandchildren and a bathtub was a necessity. We were told by office staff there was one in the basement however that is incorrect. We also had the battery go out in a smoke detector at 10:00 one night and that woke several kids up. Our son in law fixed it but alittle more attention to detail would help. There is a small 4 cup coffeemaker and a keurig. With a big group we tend to make pots of coffee so a small pot meant we were constantly making coffee. A big house should have a 12 cup coffeemaker. I was told by the manager he was going to follow up with the homeowners but we never heard back from him. We love the community and will definitely come again.

We loved all the amenities (especially the pool). The golf cart was great for getting around easily. We chose the house because it was close to the playground. Unfortunately the playground was closed for the majority of our visit but once it opened, my kids loved it. Wr are already planning our next vacation here!

The playground was close by which was great for my two younger nephews and the beach was a golf cart ride away. The kitchen was well equipped with pots and pans to easily cook all three meals. There was plenty of living space to enjoy different activities in the house. Management was very accommodating and responsive any time we needed a parking pass and they were great about giving us a later check out time so we didn’t have to head to the airport early. Thank you for a great stay!

Lovely but read the fine print

The house is fairly new and well laid out Front and back porches were our favorite spots I didn’t know before arriving that the houses are practically on top of one another While we had a golf cart to make the trip to the beach easier we had no idea how far the walk would be once we exited the golf cart And no beach chairs at the house nor any available to rent Since most people are driving just a few hours they are probably more aware of this situation However flying in from Colorado and Virginia we were disappointed in being close to the lake but unable to get to it without a trip to somewhere to buy chairs for one day Above average for a rental But ask the important questions before booking so as to be prepared

Best Vacation

Our family has been looking to rent a home in Beachwalk for the past several years.... thankfully we were able to find a house and date that matched everyone's busy schedules! Ohana was a perfect house for us as it backs up to the park and we had 6 kids (under 10). The home was well equipped and more than comfortably handled our party of 12! I will recommend staying here to anyone willing to listen... we will def be returning in the future!

Beautiful, perfect location

The best weekend in one of the best properties I’ve ever stayed in. Perfect location. The renting property staff were responsive and very friendly! All my friends who were there with me commented the whole weekend how I did a “great job” finding “Ohana” :)
