The Space:

Picture starting your mornings with the sound of surf rolling in from the Atlantic and the smell of salt air drifting through your balcony doors. Tucked into the Folly Field neighborhood of Hilton Head Island, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo at Hilton Head Beach and Tennis puts you just steps from the shoreline, with resort amenities, a renovated interior, and ocean peek views all part of the package.

 

The space

The open-concept living area is arranged for easy gathering - a fully equipped kitchen flows into a dining area that seats six, and the living room offers plush seating where you can unwind after a day outdoors. The balcony extends the living space further, giving you a private perch to take in the coastal air and a glimpse of the ocean whether you're with your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The primary bedroom is set up with a king bed and coastal tones that keep the mood relaxed. The second bedroom has two single beds, making it a comfortable fit for kids or additional guests. Together, the condo sleeps up to five guests across the two bedrooms and the living area.

 

Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for home-cooked meals - you'll find a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cooking basics, and a full set of dishes and silverware. A dining table means you can gather everyone together without heading out for every meal.

 

Bathrooms

Both bathrooms are stocked with the essentials, and each includes a bathtub, hair dryer, hot water, and cleaning products.

 

Resort amenities

The Hilton Head Beach and Tennis resort features oceanfront pools, tennis courts, a lagoon, a tiki bar, and a fitness center - all of which remain fully accessible during the current construction project. Beach access is right at your doorstep, and the property includes a private entrance and dedicated workspace for those who need to stay connected.

 

The neighborhood

Folly Field offers a relaxed, family-friendly stretch of Hilton Head with natural beaches, biking trails, and easy access to everything the island has to offer. Coligny Plaza is nearby for shopping and dining, and the island's cycling paths and natural preserves are ready to explore whenever you are.



Please note:

An 18-month sprinkler system repair project is currently underway in Admirals Row Buildings A and B (beginning February 2). Work progresses one floor at a time inside the villas. During this period, guests should expect construction activity within the building, intermittent daytime noise or visual disruption, potential parking limitations, and a temporarily non-operational building sprinkler system while repairs are underway. All resort amenities will remain open and fully accessible throughout. The schedule may change - please reach out with any questions prior to your stay.

Getting Around:

Biking is very popular on Hilton Head Island, known for the many award-winning trails. There are recommendations for bike rental companies within your Guest App. You can reserve in advance and they will deliver to you or bring your own! Almost everything you will need is within walking distance, so bring your walking shoes! There are free trolley stops at various locations throughout the island.
