This property is considerably larger than others in the building and advantageously located on a corner, featuring a huge balcony that nearly wraps around the entire place and provides remarkable ocean and mountain views in every room.

The kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. Meals can be served at the indoor dining table with seating for 6 or "al fresco" at the table on the private balcony. Start your mornings off right with a cup of coffee on the patio as the sun begins to rise or enjoy a glass of wine in the evening and watch the colorful sunset.

The master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, smart TV, and a desk for those who'd like to stay up to work. The separate balcony off this bedroom has a partial view of the ocean and the lush mountains of PV.

The guest bedroom shares the wrap-around balcony with the condo common areas. It features 2 twin beds, a smart TV, another desk and a second full bathroom.

A washer and dryer are located inside the condo and are available for guests.

This property is private for owners and renters. The entrance is gated and security is on-site 24/7. It has top-notch amenities including:

Guests have full access to the condo, parking space, and common areas.

Other things to note
Please note: The last stretch of road leading to the building is unpaved.

You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form and provide a copy of your identification in advance. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.

Please be aware that no guests visitors are allowed.

Access wristbands will be provided at check-in and must be worn while using the common areas during your stay.

An access card is required to use the gym. It will be provided at check-in, and a replacement fee of $1,000 MXN will apply if lost.

There are plants on the property, and to keep everything looking great, our gardener visits every Saturday for about 20 minutes, any time between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., to tend to them.

One weekly housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Renters must be at least 25 years old. Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them. Beach equipment including beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.
