Bel appartement neuf situĂ© dans le complexe Grand Venetian. Avec un emplacement parfait lÂŽaĂ©roport et le centre-ville de Puerto Vallarta sont Ă  seulement 15 minutes Ă  pied. Juste en face de la rue, vous trouverez de nombreux restaurants et bars. À cĂŽtĂ©, vous trouverez le centre commercial "La Isla", Walmart et Costco, ainsi que de nombreux magasins de proximitĂ©. Des distances de marche incroyables.

Le condo a 2 chambres: une chambre a un lit King size, l'autre chambre a 2 lits queen size, chaque chambre a sa propre Smart TV, climatisation et ventilateurs. 2 salles de bains, cuisine équipée, salon confortable avec grande télévision connectée, salle à manger, lave-linge, sÚche-linge, lave-vaisselle et WIFI. Belle terrasse avec une vue imprenable.

Le développement est situé en face de la plage avec son propre accÚs et espace privé. Il dispose de 4 piscines. 3 d'entre eux au bord de la plage. En outre, le complexe dispose d'une salle de sport, d'un court de tennis et d'espaces verts.

The unit was very clean, stocked with pans, etc and looked freshly painted. Looked new! All the appliances worked. Easy check in and check out. They were responsive to emails during our stay. Little noise from the outside in this unit and good ocean views. Had a great 9 day stay with 5 people in the unit. Hope it’s available next year!

Our host was amazing as usual. Regina's main attributes are her communication skills and response to our needs and requests. The Condo is located in one of the best areas in Puerto Vallarta's Hotel Zone. With 4 pools and a beautiful public beach that extends for miles is a haven for beach walkers. There is no shortage of loungers and chairs for the quests and the residents. The Tower 2 heated pool was our favorite. Being on the 6th floor in tower 3, we had a beautiful view of the ocean, the whales, the pirate ship, the water taxis, the fishing boats, the beautiful cruisers, and Cruise ships coming and leaving the harbor, We had fireworks every Saturday directly in front of our condo. This year the waves were larger than what we have seen in the past. This attracted the surfers and boogie board enthusiasts. Every evening we sat on the balcony admiring the beautiful sunsets, the night boat traffic. Our stay this year was once again what we expect from Puerto Vallarta and more.The Condo itself is in need of some TLC. A good cleaning and some minor repairs here and there could definitely improve things. The front patio doors do not lock There are many pots, pans and Frying pans to meet you cooking needs, there is ample plates and bowls but, the glass wear and cutlery could use a change These are not show stoppers but these improvements would go a long way in justifying the price of staying here. The proximity of restaurants are in abundance and all very good.

Great location and clean big condo

Property is very secure with restaurants within walking distance. Had some hiccups with the door lock andhad to use the key and some issues with the stove cover. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Regina was kind enough to pick us up at the airport and also grocery shopped for us! Sergio welcomed us promoptly upon arrival. We had an amazing stay and will definitely return. There was a small issue with a leak in the boys bathroom, but the team took care of it right away.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The space was lovely, we had everything we needed. The wifi was out a bit and one of the days we did not have water (that was a building issue property wide, not owners fault). The view was not quite oceanfront but still lovely. Would return.

Great stay!

My family and I (twin 6 year olds, parents and grandparents) stay here from March 2nd to the 23rd. Our overall stay was wonderful, we had a few hiccups arise (as you do in most longer term stays) but Sergio, the property manager, was absolutely amazing to deal with. He was in constant communication with us and saw that the issue was fixed. Jose, the owner even personally reached out first to offer his apologies which I thought was pretty awesome. The condo itself is pretty much exactly what the pictures show, the only thing that was different was that the couch lounger on the patio wasn’t there otherwise it’s what you see is what you get. The location is absolutely amazing, everything you need is within a 5-10 minute walk with a large shopping mall next door, with a Starbucks. Overall I would happily stay here again.

Our family had a wonderful stay. Sergio was very helpful pre-check-in and if we had any questions during our stay. The views are amazing. In the evening, it was fun to sit on the deck and watch the cruise ships leave. Great location close to the shopping area and between town and the marina. We will definitely stay again.

Misguided Pictures and Condo Problems with No Response from Owner

We stayed at this condo from Jan. 19-26, 2022. We expected a very nice vacation spot considering the $$$$cdn/night we were paying. The condo itself is very nice but we were very disappointed in the view. The pictures do not show that you look out onto a wash and back road for the beach vendors and public. Also, if you want a quiet stay, do not stay here. There is a restaurant on the public road that had a loud band 2 of the nights and a bar behind it that played loud music 3 other days from noon-9:00 pm. We had water damage filling the laundry room, and I spent 3 days mopping and hand wringing pails of water to try to mitigate damage for the owners. We were initially told the problem was from the kitchen so we also did not use the sink/dishwasher the first part of our stay, which added to our expenses for eating out. To boot, the door latch broke, and our son and his friend were trapped inside and we were trapped outside the condo for 2.5 hours until a locksmith could come to break the door open. The property manager, Sergio, was excellent to deal with. We contacted the owners three times and got no response (we even waited 2 weeks after our stay as Sergio contacted them and was told one of them had covid but would get back to us shortly). We have never heard from them. Not a good way to spend the short one week vacation we had...

The condo was beautiful and the complex was as beautiful, very clean and safe! It was difficult to find our condo as no one was there to meet us at the entrance, but once we got in touch with Sergio everything was perfect!

The condo is exactly as pictured and comes with everything you need .... beach towels, hair dryer, blender! We used Sergio the onsite host to grocery shop before we arrived so our refrigerator was fully stocked.. along with 5 gallon water jugs and ice! The only suggestion is for there to be more paper towels and large garbage bags. We loved every minute of our stay, The pool, the beach, the location, the gorgeous grounds and easy access to downtown and the airport. We had a minor issue but it was resolved immediately with Sergio. I would highly recommend the Grand Venetian! I have personally stayed here five times and this was my first time to rent through VRBO and it was perfect! Enjoy!

Relaxing, sunny, warm, full of amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. From the very beginning, José was friendly, helpful & welcoming. We enjoyed swimming, whale watching from the balcony, walking the beach and watching spectacular sunsets. The restaurant @ the Grand Venetian was wonderful too. All the employees were smiling, happy & friendly! A great time! Highly recommend!

Very impressive

Exceptional property. Wonderful location, good security, beautiful pools and on the beach. The property manager, Sergio Galvan was a pleasure to deal with and quite responsive. The coffee maker failed on our first day and Mr. Galvan had a new, in box replacement waiting for us the next morning. Our welcome packet provided comprehensive information that had everything in it, down to excellent restaurant recommendations. Mr Galvan was personally on site during check in and check out. He was a wealth of information and was sincere in his efforts to ensure we had a pleasant vacation. Our party of four fit very nicely into this spotless, contemporary condo. There is no onsite grocery, however, a Soriana supermarket is approximately a 1/4 mile north and has everything at good prices. The easy walk there is entirely on paved sidewalks. The tower security guard's radio provided an immediate taxi response which took us anywhere we wanted to go. A short trip was 50 pesos, where a longer ride to the "romantic zone" would run 150 pesos. One doesn't need a rental car. This was a very nice VRBO and yes, we will use it again.
