The apartment was awesome. Dario (the host) was very helpful all along. At the beginning we had the issue with the registration, but we understood that this is because of the formalities in Italy, so you can trust Dario that after fulfilling the registration (for the check in) everything is fine.
The apartment is really very nice, very clean, it has everything you need, the beds are very comfortable, the kitchen very practical, supermarket near the Stella Pollare.
We would like to mention that Dario supported us all the time, giving us information about restaurants and so on. One day the temperature dropped suddenly, and he bought for us and brought us in the same day new warm blankets.
The location is perfect, in a nice area, 500 m from Stella Pollara (metro train station), which is very well connected to Rome, you are in around 40 min in the centre of Rome. The apartment is only 100 m from the beach, from the sea, which is a dream! The apartment is relatively new on the market that is why not many reviews so far. We trully recommend it and we definitely shall come again!
