« L'appartement est très propre, bien insonorisé, spacieux, confortable, bien équipé dans toutes les pièces. À proximité du métro et de lignes de bus importantes, situé idéalement pour les visites ainsi que pour l’imprégnation dans la vie romaine. Superette, commerces et plusieurs restos sympa à proximité ».

L'appartement est situé dans le quartier central ‘Appio-Latino’, quartier authentique, bien situé.
Il est près du centre historique (3 arrêts de métro). Par le “Metro A” (la gare est située à 2-3 minutes à pieds), vous arriverez très rapidement à tous les lieux d'intérêt touristique (Colisée, Vatican, Saint Jean de Latran, Fontaine de Trevi, Villa Borghèse, Piazza di Spagna, Piazza del Popolo, Circo Massimo, Terme di Caracalla...).

Le célèbre parc archéologique de 'Appia Antica', avec ses catacombes et le vestiges de l'ancien Rome, est situé à une courte distance de marche.

L’APPARTEMENT, 65 mètres carrés, 2 balcons, peut accueillir jusqu’à 5 personnes. Un hall d’entrée, une cuisine bien équipée, une grand chambre à coucher avec un grand lit et, le cas échéant, 1 canapé-lit à une place, un séjour spacieux (avec un canapé-lit à 2 places), une salle de bains avec une douche, un balcon avec la vue du ‘Parco dell’Appia Antica’ et un balcon donnant sur la cour. The property was absolutely perfect for our week's stay in Rome for the first time. The host Fernando was incredibly helpful, informative and friendly. The apartment was immaculate, beds were very comfy and there being two small balconies was perfect for soaking in the morning & evening sun. I would gladly stay here again! :)

We had a great stay. The apartment is very clean and the bed is comfortable. Check-in was very professional, welcoming and flawless. The apartment is light and airy. The neighborhood is quiet (which is a welcome change from the historical district), but has lots of restaurants and markets, and is convenient to busses and metro. We are already planning our next stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Fernando’s property with our 10-month-old child. The location was excellent, especially the proximity to the metro line, and having supermarkets, bakeries, and restaurants nearby was extremely convenient.Communication with the hosts was excellent from the start. Fernando provided helpful advice on how to reach the apartment from the airport and kindly supplied a high chair and baby cot upon request. The check-in process was smooth — we were welcomed at the apartment, shown around, and given great recommendations for local restaurants and places to visit in Rome.The flat was clean, quiet, and very well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed, including condiments, spices, and coffee. The lift for bringing luggage upstairs and the two balconies were also a lovely bonus.We would definitely recommend Fernando’s place to anyone looking to stay in a local neighbourhood with easy access to the busy and historic city centre of Rome.

Overall Excellent Stay

Spacious and very clean apartment in a great location. Easy access to metro and buses to quickly get to sites, yet also surrounded by non-touristy restaurants to escape the crowds. Fernando and Davide were excellent hosts, providing so much information, help and recommendations that made our stay so much easier. Highly recommend!

Everything was great at this place. It was clean, local close to everything close to train stations, bus station. There is a park nearby so the kids could play. The host was really nice and helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this place.!!!

Very clean apartment with everything we needed. A very warm welcome from Fernando and as it was our first visit to Rome he gave us lots of information about the area, travel tips and the overall handover was very thorough and thoughtful. Good selection of supermarkets and shops nearby and a really lovely cafe downstairs. Bus at the end of the road which takes you to all the main sightseeing areas and is much easier and nicer than taking the metro (which is also a short walk away for those who prefer something a little quicker). So nice to be able to sit in the balcony and watch the world go by!

Great apartment in a great location

Everything was great from the beginning to end. The apartment has everything we needed for our week's stay. It was clean and tidy. There is a metro and bus stops close by. The surrounding neighborhood is also a really nice place to go for a walk, have a gelato, get some dinner. All in all I would highly recommend.

The unit was just right for the two of us. The unit was clean and Aleesha provided excellent checkin and explanation of unit. Metro was close by and walkable. Very nice convenience store below building. Excellent Aperol spritz in the hot afternoon sun. Very few tourists in the area where building was located, would definitely recommend the unit for others.

Great location and host

This apartment was lovely - clean, bright and airy. Comfortable for a family of 4. Close to the metro (line A) which meant it was easy to get to all the sights. There is a lovely cafe underneath the apartment, it was nice to sit out on the balcony in the morning to watch the world go by and overlook Parco Appia Antica. Our host,

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here! The apartment was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was stunning and the location was so convenient - a cafe downstairs, and supermarkets, restaurants, and the Metro within a very short walking distance. Fernando and his daughter Chiara were very welcoming, kind and helpful hosts. We couldn’t think of a better place to stay in Rome. 😊

Roma Romance and Sightseeing

this was an incredible property to stay as it is next to all transportation into the center of Rome. The place was clean, quiet and the host was kind and helpful. His son met us and gave us a grand introduction to Rome. The neighborhood was filled with friendly people and nice little shops and coffee stops. The groceries were right nearby and the view of the park was right out our window. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay there again. Ciao.

Can’t ask for a better place and location !

Close to Appia park, easy access, minutes from Appia Nuova street, minutes from subway, minutes from Rome historic sites, free parking, nice Roman very safe neighborhood and above all, a modern, clean apartment with all you need for a wonderful stay,.. and a wonderful host (Fernando)..and the list goes on.. we were really impressed!!! We are definitely going back.

My partner and I stayed for 5 nights and the apartment was fantasticIt was clean, cool and situated in a great location. The apartment is a short walk from the metro which gets you to most places. The neighbourhood was nice, quiet and had nearby amenities The host was lovely - they were very accommodating after our flight was delayed by several hours. They also provided a binder with various useful information, such as local restaurants, transport links and when they stop running.
