Belle unité de coin de 3 chambres et 3 salles de bain située directement sur le golfe du Mexique. Cette unité est située au 1er étage et dispose d'une suite principale avec un lit King, coin salon, accÚs au balcon et salle de bain principale avec grande baignoire et douche séparée. La deuxiÚme chambre a un lit queen size, TV écran plat et salle de bain privée. La troisiÚme chambre dispose de 2 lits Queen, d'une télévision à écran plat ainsi que d'une salle de bain privée. L'unité dispose également d'un wet-bar avec machine à glaçons, laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur ainsi que WiFi gratuit.

Memorial Weekend Getaway

For the most part, we enjoyed our stay but the condo needs a huge make over. Everything is older and crowded. Too much furniture and not near enough room. The A/C didn't keep the unit cold and the hot water heater would run out fast. We did enjoy being so close to the beach and the short walk to get to it. The biggest issue was the parking though. We only received one parking pass and could only purchase one additional one. With 10 people, we had 3 vehicles and had to park 15 minutes from the condo which was very inconvenient. We spent too much time shuttling back and forth to have enough rides to go where we wanted. And the pool was closed the first day, which didn't help either.

Short Trip

Our trip was for a few days so getting into the condo and enjoying our vacation was important. We got to the condo at 4:02 and the condo was not ready. We waited outside for additional 25 minutes before our condo was cleaned. That evening, when taking a shower there was hair in the drain. Then we got the sofa sleeper ready to sleep in but we didn’t have any sheets for it. It was too late in the evening to call anyone about it. We did call the following day and the property brought over a set very quickly. We ran out of toilet paper the second night of our trip. There was only one roll per bathroom. We just bought extra because it was late at night. The location was excellent. Directly on the beach. Gorgeous view.

Great location and property

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was very nice and loved the layout. Access to the beach and the beach in general was fantastic. Neighbors and residents were very friendly. Wish we would have known there were no basic condiments like salt and pepper, seasoning or coffee filters. I guess we assumed there would be. Also struggled some before the vacation with no communication as far as getting the final payment made and communication as to condo entry instructions. After we did make the final payment, we were told we would get entry instructions 7 days before our reservation started, but we got nothing and that had me worried. I finally received a communication 3 days before the trip. In the future it would be nice to stick to the original instructions and not ghost a paying customer. But overall it was a very nice place and a great time at the beach.

Great Location, Friendly Management

I booked this property for 9 adults due to it’s location. My friends and I were able to walk to the flora bama (0.5 mile) which was great for individuals that come and go as they please. The property management company was very responsive to my request for an extra parking pass, and the on site security were no hassle when other friends met us at the beach. Easy checkin, great location, A+

Nice Get Away

Enjoyed staying at this property. Very clean and had everything we needed to have a great vacation. Not far from everthing. Some construction going on when we stayed in Oct made parking some of a challenge but didn't run out of room to park

The Broadmoor Condo is very nice and quite. The location is wonderfully accessible to many parks, stores and restaurants. During our stay there was work on the parking lot but there was ample parking. The actual condo we stayed in was very clean and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable as well as the furniture. The kitchen was completely equipped with every possible thing a cook might need. New appliances and plenty of table and seating space. The washer and dryer worked well. The pool isn't heated but the hot tub is nice.

September stay

A smaller condo complex in comparison to others, which we liked. We met a couple who own and live in a unit. The owners all take great pride in caring for the complex. It was a very nice condo with nice layout and furnishings. The parking garage is under construction and spaces are tight. If necessary, directly across the street is a shared gravel lot that can be used.

Amazing Property!

We've been renting condos in the Gulf Shores area at least every other year for the last 15 years and this was by far the best property we've ever rented. It's spacious and well-appointed, on the lower floor of the building with easy access. The beach is such a short walk and the pool / hot tub / gym are just steps away. The furniture and decor are high quality and have an elegant Italian Villa vibe rather than a strictly beach vibe. The kitchen has everything you would need and more. It's obvious the owners spend a good amount of time here and have thought of everything. Tons of games and DVD's to stay entertained and the view is incredible. The patio is small but the furniture is very nice unlike some condos with huge balconies and no furniture. And it's very clean! To be fair, there were a few negatives but nothing to deter from staying here: 1. the parking garage is currently under renovation which will last 1-2 years. This means parking is limited. We were able to secure a second parking pass after receiving an email that said we could only have one, but we did have to pay the building manager $50 for it. Beats parking off-site and finding your way back tho. 2. The parking garage has some very tight spaces. If you're in a large truck or SUV good luck! 3. The jets in the jacuzzi tub in the master didn't work. 4. There is only a sheer curtain on the master bedroom patio door and no curtain at all on the living room patio door. We will certainly be back again!

Great location

The actual condo was great! Could have used a few more towels in the kitchen otherwise the condo was very clean and nicely furnished. It was very conveniently located and the beach service was excellent. The property, however was pretty awful. Everything was just kind of dirty and in disrepair. On our first day a water pipe had to be repaired to the water was shut off for a while. A few days later a huge water main which looked like it had been duct taped together burst and flooded the parking garage and set off the fire alarm in the whole building. It’s unfortunate that the building is in such bad shape bc otherwise this unit would be perfect.

Super easy to check in and out. Walk right to the beach. Very roomy, plenty of games and movies there. Well stocked with kitchen appliances and utensils.
