Ce condominium ensoleillé, joliment décoré de 2 chambres, 2 salles de bains, au dernier étage est situé sur le côté golfe du Palm Bay Club. Pour votre commodité, un ascenseur spacieux vous amène au troisième étage. Profitez de couchers de soleil �� couper le souffle avec des plages de sable blanc à seulement quelques secondes. Avec 2 lits queen dans la chambre principale et un lit king dans la chambre d'hôtes, cette unité peut accueillir un total de 6 personnes. Les deux chambres ont un téléviseur 26 "pour regarder vos chaînes préférées. La salle de bain principale est équipée d'une douche à l'italienne et la salle de bain d'hôtes avec une baignoire. Le salon dispose d'une télévision à écran plat de 50 "avec service FIOS HD TV pour votre plaisir. Ce condo a une cuisine complète avec des comptoirs en granit et est fourni avec tous les articles nécessaires dont vous avez besoin pour cuisiner (casseroles / poêles, plats, ustensiles). Ce condo est l'un des rares qui est équipé d'une laveuse et sécheuse à l'intérieur de l'unité pour les invités. Reviewer Comments: The place is spectacular, but I did not like that unit, I need to change the decoration, the bedding, etc., you can see that it is already old and the other thing is that it was a little dirty.

This being our first rental of this kind, I have to say what a lovely experience for us. We will definitely be doing this again. The condo and the property were both in excellent condition... This was our first trip bringing along my daughter, her husband and two boys. We all had a wonderful stay. We will see you next year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The space worked well for us to relax, cook or go to beach or pool. Partial gulf view a bit misleading unless binoculars are along as view is definitely more of the property next door. Aside from the shower handle that needed to be pushed in hard to quit dripping and some paint touch ups on corners needed, we found the space to be quite suitable and would return again.

Cozy place at the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Palm Bay Club was a great place for our family vacation. The staff was very friendly and the chair guys at the beach work hard! My son and his girlfriend really enjoyed the bayside pool which was an easy walk across the street. We were able to use the grill on the bay side (the gulf one was being renovated during our stay). The only concern I would have is that the couch in our unit has been very well loved. I just placed a blanket over it and it was just fine.

This condo was nice. There was a problem with the fan in the bedroom. It made a noise and they can to fix it couldn’t. The unit was not on the beach. It was on the beach side and you could see the beach if you looked between a couple of buildings I would stay there again. It is a long distance from the Village. You have to use the trolley to go to the Village. The beds are very comfortable and Is tastefully decorated

Lovely

Ended up having to stay in another unit due to a lighting issue. We were notified about it before our arrival and received a discount from Palm Bay. Score! Was disappointed our new unit did not have in unit laundry. But oh well. I loved staying here. It was lovely. A VRBO that actually supplied toilet paper and have a million rules. The 2 queens in the master was fantastic. The water pressure in the showers were Devine. Nice distance from the beach. Elevator for easier lugging luggage. Hope to return!

Reviewer Comments: I rented a 2-bedroom for 6 people and they gave me only one parking space, when i have rented for many years in Palm Bay Club and always giving 2 parking, I think the receptionist is tired becuase I didn't like the way she talked to me and explained herself, They maded us park outside the condominium in another place and I spent the whole weekend busy with my car and i going out to see if my car is okay.I will never recommend again Palm Bay Club,The manager was listening to the conversation and she did not solve the problem.

Enjoyed our stay!

Reviewer Comments: Here's a good, recent, no-nonsense review, since I like those and others may as well.#161 is perfectly fine. 2nd year in a row we've stayed there. I mean, we're not in the room that much, since there's a great beach out the door, so we really don't do much in there.Beds are fine-they're not Tempurpedic mattresses or anything, but I managed to sleep fine as did my family. Air goes down to 68 (not lower), but we didn't have a problem with 68 not being able to be maintained in the 3rd week in Jun, so that worked well. There are also fans in both bedrooms that have variable speeds that work well.Kitchen is fine, for the limited amount we used it. Good fridge/freezer space and kept items cold. We cooked a bit of breakfast, and made sandwiches for lunch, and went out for dinner, so didn't cook much, but it worked fine for what we needed and was well-stocked.Plenty of seating space. TV's work fine in all rooms, and I was able to access my own YoutubeTV acct on the living room tv without an issue, which was nice.Washer/dryer works fine, and clothes get clean and dry. I will note that it is fairly old and fairly loud, even if it is in a sep laundry closet in the main bedroom, so if you're wanting to do laundry quietly at night, you might want to shift that expectation and do it when you're not there, or when you don't mind the noise. That might be a good possible upgrade in the future - but again, they worked just fine.The property is great. Friendly office, plenty of security, gated entrance, no problems checking in/out. FREE chaise lounges down at the water brought to you is a perk that can't be overlooked. No requirement to tip, but give the guys $5 or so and they'll remember you. Never had an issue getting 4 loungers as late as 11am, don't know about after that. Rented umbrellas from the Beach Rental service that is offered, highly recommend reserving in advance. We were set up on the front row by the beach each

Nice stay, but unit is outdated

Kitchen is very small, queen bed in Master has huge dip in it, Dryer makes awful sound, Wicker chairs have falling apart, lamp on right side of king bed broken, Coffee table is lopsided. Girlfriend getaway

Especially appreciated the night guard helping us as we checked in after hours. Location to the area attractions is great. We come for the beach and fun things to do in the area.Con's:Unit 161 has NO room darkening shades. The lights from parking lots shines through.The screen door is very old and doesn't close properly.Too many mirrors on the walls.Having a washer and dryer was nice, BUT the dryer vents into the bedroom therefore heats up the whole unit.
