Unité 164
Que ce soit pour un couple, un groupe d'amis ou une famille, ce condo a vraiment tout pour des vacances parfaites. En tant qu’unité de coin, il s’agit de l’un des plus grands appartements 2/2 du Palm Bay Club. Il est situé du côté de la plage (ouest) de la propriété.

L'ameublement est élégant et confortable avec une grande chambre des maîtres avec une télévision à écran plat de 48 pouces, un lit king incroyablement confortable donnant sur les portes-fenêtres donnant sur le balcon et une salle de bains privative. La deuxième chambre a deux lits doubles avec une télévision 40 "à écran plat et une salle de bain juste à l'extérieur. Il y a une quantité énorme de stockage assurant que vous serez sans encombrement et organisé tout au long de votre séjour.

Les tire-bouchons pour les cannes à pêche et tout le reste sont fournis avec une télévision dans chaque chambre et sans fil.

La cuisine est très bien équipée - réfrigérateur, congélateur, micro-ondes, four, plaque de cuisson, lave-vaisselle, cafetière, mixeur - tout ce dont vous avez besoin si vous choisissez de vous préparer un repas - que ce soit un cocktail sur le balcon ou un festin gastronomique à 7 plats!

L'appartement est clair et spacieux avec un grand salon avec une télévision 51 "à écran plat avec service de télévision HD; il donne sur un balcon offrant une vue partielle sur l'océan et une brise légère.

En sortant de votre immeuble, tournez à gauche et descendez une belle avenue bordée de palmiers vers la plage privée, les cabanes et les chaises longues faisant partie du club Palm Bay.

Wonderful place to stay!

Enjoyed our stay in Siesta Key at this wonderful condo. The unit was very clean, had great amenities, and was so close to the most beautiful beach. Loved our stay and will come again!

Fantastic Stay!

This property was great. Very clean. Had all appliances that were needed for cooking, etc. Short walk to the beach and the pool. In a great location. Overall, our stay was great and I will be looking to book this property again!

Amazing!

Will be back fro sure! Only bad thing was the red tide which had nothing to do with the property. This condo was beautiful, clean, spacious, great location! The beach ( aside from red tide) was clean, security was so kind, we will for sure be back again!

Close to Beach

So nice and close to the beach. Everything was wonderful and better than I expected. The management was super accommodating as well with regards to our baby equipment rentals from a private company as it was all waiting for us in our room when we arrived as well as with renting the beach umbrellas. Thank you!

Perfect!

My family just returned from a stay in this condo in the Palm Bay Club and it was lovely! The owner was very responsive and even emailed me with several suggestions of things to do during our stay. The condo was exactly as advertised/pictured and it was beautiful, very clean, and spacious. The staff and other guests/owners at the Palm Bay Club were super friendly and the pools and beach were awesome. I’d go again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful place for a beach getaway

This condo is part of a clean, well maintained, well managed complex in a great location. We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo unit was perfect for our needs. The only disappointment was the view from the screened porch which involved a lot of rooftops! The unit was very clean and newly remodeled with new furniture. Other than the kitchen cabinet finish needing some work, the unit is very nice and accurately advertised. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Usually around 70 people. we take up a lot of condos.The security guard Charles has been very helpful to us over the years like helping us get our reserved tables when people had refused to leave.

Great Place AC did rattle

Great complex, nice condo, beach is fabulous. It would get 5 stars except the AC on top of the building sounds like a car boom box at times in the complex. We reported and an AC guy showed up to look at it, but it still rumbled on. Only flaw in this great place.

Perfect vacation

We stayed in this unit and would HIGHLY recommend this place. The owner was quick to respond and excellent to deal with. He even made sure that there was a rocker recliner in unit prior to our arrival for one in our party who is unable to sleep in a bed. Unit was beautifully furnished and super clean. There were beach toys, umbrella, etc in unit. Super close location to both the beach and the pool. This unit is located on gulf side. We did spend time over on the bayside as well as hubby enjoyed fishing off the pier there. All in all, perfect!

The apartment was clean, spacious and a few minutes walk to the beach. Parking and check-in was easy and security was there to help us for an after hours check/in. We were here for a soccer tournament and will definitely be back next year. We look for a safe, quiet, clean and comfortable place and this had it all. Top floor so now sounds of others above you. Great experience and great location.

I often found myself calling it the “aisle of paradise”. The room was clean at check in, and everything you could possibly need was provided for us. The location was awesome and having our own private beach with beach chairs provided for us, was an added bonus that I was extremely grateful for. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to get away from the winter blues.

The unit very clean and furnishings were clean and comfortable. There was some minor cosmetic wear in the bathroom/ kitchen, but did not affect our stay. The resorts grounds were well kept and easy to walk to all amenities. The private beach was beautiful and equipped with plenty of lounge chairs available. We also enjoyed use of the pools, tennis courts, and fishing dock. The location was perfect, close to Siesta Village, but not too crowded. My kids have already asked if we can make it our annual vacation spot. Highly recommend!

I absolutely loved the outside screened in area. The unit was clean and had everything in the kitchen you could possibly need. There were plenty of towels which was a plus as I forgot to bring my beach towels, but they had them. Loved that the unit offered games and books to read. I would definitely recommend staying here. When I return I would definitely choose this Unit. It was close to the beach. We had a great time.

Unfortunately, we had a family emergency that we had to leave first thing Sunday or I would have asked for an adjustment on the price. It was far too hot to have the air not work for hours.I did forget my air fryer at n our rush. The lady I talk to was very polite and is going to get back with me. All office ladies were professional and friendly.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very happy to find out upon arrival that this unit had recently been painted and updated with new furniture and furnishings. We were very comfortable in this unit and loved the location on the corner of the third floor. The major issue that needs to be addressed is the dishwasher. It is barely functional and the bottom rack does not stay on the track because it is rusted. It would be great if the kitchen cabinets would also be updated and the faucets in the guest bathroom tub/shower. We were happy, however, that the guest bathroom has a bathtub along with the shower. We've been renting at Palm Bay for 12 years in the winter and love the property. The grounds staff, security, and beach staff are all very friendly and helpful. They help make our stay wonderful!
