Bienvenue à notre premier étage, 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain, condo de vacances situé à quelques miles de Clearwater Beach et à 25 minutes de l'aéroport international de Tampa. Aucune raison de porter des courses, des bagages ou des clubs de golf dans les escaliers. Avec un parking pratique juste devant la porte, cette location est conçue pour des vacances faciles!

La propriĂ©tĂ© est dans un complexe de condominiums fermĂ© qui a une belle piscine chauffĂ©e de style complexe, un espace barbecue, une salle d'exercice 24/7, un club-house luxueux et est situĂ© Ă  distance de marche d'une Ă©picerie, Abe's Place Tap & Grill, d'excellents restaurants, de shopping et les transports publics. Le condo est situĂ© Ă  quelques minutes des belles plages de sable blanc primĂ©es, du Pier 60, de la navigation de plaisance, de la pĂȘche, du golf et du sentier Pinellas pour des kilomĂštres de vĂ©lo et de loisirs pĂ©destres.

Le condo est un plan d'étage divisé de 1100 pieds carrés qui permet deux chambres privées parfaites pour le partage avec la famille ou un autre couple. Patio couvert confortable, privé et propre pour se détendre en plein air. En route pour la plage? Il y a des chaises de plage, des serviettes de plage, des glaciÚres fournies. Profitez d'Internet haut débit gratuit, d'une télévision à écran plat de 55 "avec cùble HD. Le salon a un nouveau canapé-lit queen avec un siÚge d'amour assorti.

La cuisine a de beaux comptoirs en granit, une cafetiĂšre Keurig, un grille-pain et un mixeur sont disponibles. Les armoires sont entiĂšrement approvisionnĂ©es en verrerie, barware, plats de service, casseroles et poĂȘles et ustensiles. La buanderie comprend une laveuse et une sĂ©cheuse pleine grandeur, une planche et un fer Ă  repasser. Chaque chambre dispose d'une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat, d'un lit queen-size et d'un rĂ©veil. Tous les draps, oreillers supplĂ©mentaires, serviettes de bain et torchons sont fournis ainsi qu'un sĂšche-cheveux. Restez au frais avec la climatisation centrale

We really enjoyed staying at the Avalon. The location was great, centrally located to visit St. Petersburg, Tampa and Tarpon Springs within about 30 minutes. You’re close to the beach but far enough away to have peace and quiet. The condo is very well stocked, extremely clean and the layout is nice. The pool and gym are very nice. It’s close to shopping and entertainment. There are so many things to do in the area. Our host was wonderful. Thanks again!

The Avalon was a nice place to stay. The pool was great and very close to the room. Bedrooms and closets were large and the kitchen had plenty of dishes and silverware. The location is close to many stores and restaurants, easy to drive in the area. Good communication with owner.

Clearwater Getaway

Very convenient and secure location. Easy access to Clearwater, St. Pete, Tampa and everything in between! The condo was as advertised. Clean, comfortable and nicely appointed. We found it well supplied and perfect for two couples. Communication with our host, Wayne, was outstanding! He was very easy to contact and incredibly gracious and helpful. Would definitely stay here on our next Florida visit.

Nice condo just 10 minutes from spectacular beaches

Aside from renovation work on the building that began when we arrived, the condo was well appointed and comfortable. We took advantage of the beach chairs supplied with the condo on our trips to the beach. The pool is very nice with plenty of poolside chairs and tables. Abe's Grill and Tavern was a pleasant surprise just steps from the property and we were regulars (well, Dad was) by the time we left.

Amazing Location - A MUST Stay

My family of 4 enjoyed an AMAZING trip to Clearwater, FL and loved this condo. It has a awesome location to the main Clearwater Beach/Pier 60 (10 min drive). Your also very close to Tampa International Airport if your flying in. We enjoyed adventuring out to Indian Rocks beach as well which was a very close 15 min drive which you MUST go to the beach is beautiful with close walk to the beach and less crowded than Clearwater. The Condo is near so many great restaurants and grocery stores (Walmart, Aldi, Publix). We highly recommend Haciendas for Mexican and Christianos for #18 Best pizza in the US (and that's not a lie it's amazing)/ they have very affordable Italian dishes and even Gelato. We enjoyed the Florida Botanical Garden (free admission), Calypso Queen Lunch Cruise (a must do), and Tarpon Springs Day trip (good eats and shopping). We loved how clean the condo was and very well equipped in the kitchen. The first floor spot makes it quick and convenient from the car. We loved the close location to the complex pool which is gorgeous after a fun day at the beach to relax. This place also had PLENTYof beach stuff like towels, beach toys, boogie boards, nice quality chairs (4 at least), pool noodles, and deluxe full size cooler on wheels. Shout out to the owners brother John for an amazing stay between being so friendly, he was quick to help change the batteries in the smoke detector, awesome food recommendations, and by the end of the week we were friends. Would definitely stay again for a future Clearwater trip!

Upon arriving I was very pleased with how clean the condo was. Wayne, the owner was very quick to respond with any questions we had. The check in process was very easy. The location was also great being within walking distance from the grocery store, restaurants and parks. The pool was also a great added bonus. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Amazing Condo

This was a beautiful condo. Kitchen was awesome with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. 2 bedroom 2 bath was great. Screened-in outdoor patio was nice too. Pool was extremely large and well kept as was the condo. We would definitely recommend this condo and will definitely be a repeat customer. GREAT VACATION!

Our family started traveling to the Clearwater Area in 2013 to attend sporting activities that our children were involved in. During one of the vacations we rented a condo at the Avalon instead of renting a hotel room. The condo rental was economical compared to hotel costs and was great for the family to stretch-out and relax . We fell in love with the location due to the close proximity to Clearwater Beach, Major League baseball spring training games, great local resturants and the Avalon resort style gated community. We decided to purchase a vacation condo at the Avalon and we believe in providing the same experience that we had to other vacationing families.
