Great place to stay for quick access to all Clearwater has to offer. Minutes from the beach and most of the MLB spring training facilities. Property is well appointed and has been updated. Great for 2 couples or a small family looking for a relaxing escape. I would recommend!

We had an awesomebweek at this property visiting local family. The owner was a great communicator and sent first day instructions ahead of our stay... and accommodated our schedule on day 1. The unit is fully equipped, very clean and comfortable. The pool is nice as well. Hope to return!

Very Clean. Quiet location just minutes from everything that makes Clearwater / Clearwater Beach desireable. Very easy to locate from TPA. There's a large rather new grocery store conveniently located across the street. We enjoyed the food truck just one block away and brought street tacos back to the condo for late night food. Suggestion... take time to visit the charming village of Dunedin, just 4 miles north of the condo. We loved the restaurant scene, shaded historic streets, boutiques, weekend outdoor market, and restaurants on the water! A couple miles further north is the lovely Honeymoon Beach SP.

Great Location. Pool was warm but Very crowded every day. Condo was nice but lacked a few necessities that I asked to be resolved but the host did not reply to my request. Bring your own blankets, we had a cold snap while there and no blankets even after a request. There is one good pan. Lots of beach items in the closet. And the beds were very comfortable.

Thank you for your stay in my apartment. However, I would have appreciated it if you had reached out to me with your questions beforehand. The only question I received from you was regarding whether I change the access code between guests. I confirmed that I do, and also mentioned that I could create a specific code for you if you preferred. For the months of January, February, March, and April, reservations in this complex are usually made about one year in advance. This is a very high-demand complex, and during this period it is especially busy, as many guests return every year. When the weather is warm, guests usually prefer going to the beach. However, during cooler months, many guests prefer the pool, as it is heated. Regarding the pots and pans, I understand that everyone has different preferences. I try to offer a variety of options in the kitchen, and I personally check every six months to make sure they are still in good condition. Thank you again for your stay and for taking the time to share your feedback.

Beautiful Condo

This condo was in a perfect location with an easy drive to the beach. The area had a lot of restaurants surrounding but you do need a car to get around. The building and all around was clean and very nice. The pool was nice and clean. We would definitely consider stay again. It was a very nice place.

We had a lovely stay at this condo. It was peaceful and had everything we needed. It was really clean and quiet. Location was close to everything even a short drive to the beach. We didn't have to deal with crowds at the pool.

I chose Avalon because I fell in love with the peaceful tropical atmosphere and the beautiful Clearwater area. What impressed me most were the stunning white-sand beaches, the warm Florida sunshine, and those Gulf Coast sunsets. I love the lush landscaping, palm trees, and that easy, vacation vibe — while still having Publix right across the street along with great restaurants and shops nearby. What I enjoy most is having the best of both worlds — spending a relaxing day on the beautiful white-sand beach or by the heated pool, and still having all the comforts of home just minutes away

Being on the ground floor means easy access with no stairs. Both bedrooms have king beds, and with two full bathrooms, everyone has their own space.
