Rez-de-chaussée, appartement deux chambres / deux salles de bain. Cette communauté fermée est située à 7 km de la plage de Clearwater et à 11 km de la plage d'Indian Rock. La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée. Comptoirs de quartz, 2 lits king size, 2 télévisions à écran plat et un lit queen. Un séjour incroyable le condo était parfait, rien à dire emplacement de choix au premier étage stationnement à la porte je vous le suggÚre fortement, les lits trÚs confortables. Un gros merci.

I had a great week on vacation with the family. This condo is updated and equipped with everything you need to have a relaxing vacation. Also allows pets which I was worried about as some of the place do not do a good cleaning after guest check out with pets. The condo was very clean . We loved the pool and gym area . Also you are close to beach and they provide an umbrella and chairs in the condo . Close to grocery and shopping.

Clean, convenient location apartment

I have stayed with the family for a week. Our flight got rescheduled earlier than we planned but the host was very nice and accommodating to let us in before check in to just change from the winter clothes. The apartment itself is clean, updated, quite spacious, kitchen has everything for preparing a meal, ground floor and proximity to the pool makes it easy to get a quick swim whenever needed. The location is about 15 minutes drive to the beach. We had a great time and thank you Alina for letting us stay at your apartment,hoping to be back again next year.!

Beautiful Condo

This condo was in a perfect location with an easy drive to the beach. The area had a lot of restaurants surrounding but you do need a car to get around. The building and all around was clean and very nice. The pool was nice and clean. We would definitely consider stay again. It was a very nice place.

Very nice

Very comfortable beautiful decor, loved having laundry in the unit.The pool was nice and it is centrally located. I was on crutches so the first floor and walk in shower was perfect. Down side of that is you can hear the people walking around above you.

Beautiful but Disappointing

Very beautiful location and apartment. Everything in this apartment was organized, clean and well thought out. The decoration was gorgeous and everything had a beautiful beach theme. Very modern appliances, although I noticed that there were cockroaches, we seen around 3 which made our visit a little uncomfortable. It was a shame because we were enjoying the apartment and I felt the process to solve this issue resulted in a bit of passive aggressive responses. This made me not want to speak to the host about the additional roaches even after the exterminator came. I mentioned how we kept everything closed like the doors and windows but the host kept insisting that the roaches came from the outside and not the inside of the house. When we saw the first cockroach and told the host, she was friendly and understanding but that changed when we told her that we have seen more roaches later on. The host did send an exterminator but the problem wasn’t resolved and we still kept seeing roaches. I totally understand that it’s not her fault because bugs are everywhere but the host responsible for the apartment wasn’t understanding and lacked a sense of friendly behavior. Even having a good time, I found parts of this trip a little upsetting with the behaviors of the host of the apartment. Overall I would recommend this place but be careful with the roaches and the attitude!

Great place

Take the plunge and book your stay. This particular info was on the first floor right by the parking lot. And very close to walk to the pool. You need to have a car so you can travel to all the different beache. We went to a different beach everyday. This place was stocked with everything you could need and Alina was wonderful. I will be back. ❀

Great Place Near Clearwater Beach

We stayed for 4 days and the condo was exactly what I expected . It was a very clean and beautiful designed condo and made our stay relaxed . Alina , the host was great and the area was next to many stores and very close to Clearwater Beach which was great ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Business Trip

We had a lovely stay at this condo. It was peaceful and had everything we needed. It was really clean and quiet. Location was close to everything even a short drive to the beach. We didn't have to deal with crowds at the pool.

Condo was dirty only surface was clean. One bed didn’t have clean sheets had to wash them. Bugs in the freezer. Upstairs was very loud stomping all day and night hard to sleep.

Great Location for Spring Training

Clearwater Stay

Property was as advertised. Clean, spacious, and comfortable. Close to Clearwater Beach, there’s a nice bar and grill next door for food and you’re close enough to stores to cook for yourself. If I’m ever in Clearwater I hope this rental is available as this will be my first option to book. Alina was great!

Clearwater Visit

Wonderful place to stay in Clearwater. Convenient to everything Clearwater offers - beaches, restaurants, attractions and anything else of what may interest you. Condo was very clean and comfortable for us four adults. Has everything you would need (except Kleenex), just like back home. Publix store across the street for all your food and beverage needs. Will stay again when back in Clearwater.
