Récemment redécoré «style chalet cÎtier» pour améliorer votre séjour au bord de la riviÚre, ce condo de 800 pieds carrés comprend une suite King Master avec douche à l'italienne, de nouveaux canapés confortables, une cuisine complÚte en U chambre à coucher est une suite à deux lits avec salle de bain complÚte. Parfait pour un long week-end ou pour un mois. EntiÚrement meublé avec les draps fournis, ceci est une location de vacances en libre-service dans un cadre condo-hÎtel. Les clients paient le tarif de location publié ainsi que la taxe de vente et les frais de nettoyage de 9%. 2 nuits minimum, 3 nuits pour événements et vacances. Les taux hebdomadaires et mensuels sont disponibles. Cette unité n'est pas les animaux de compagnie, mais nous avons d'autres disponibles. MAX 3 invités.

The host was outstanding. The TV was not working but she promptly undertook to fix the problem. Otherwise, everything was perfect. Very nice accomodations.

Wonderful location and condo. Second bedroom is more of an alcove, but worked for one adult. Two full bathrooms. Near everything but far away to be peaceful. Nice pool and facilities.

Very pretty well-kept property on the bay. Cute little town to get away for a relaxing weekend. Condo was spotless and very comfortable to stay in. 5 stars!

Perfection!

There is nothing better than showing up to your vacation rental and it being just as it was described. Clean, Comfortable and in the best location. Check in was easy breezy, communication was delightful and we have absolutely no complaints. We will be back!

Apalachicola stay

Overall enjoyed our stay. Water Street Hotel was nice and in great location. Was a little underwhelmed by Apalachicola as a town. Looks a lot better in a magazine than in person.

Pre-Vacation Vacation

My husband and I took a few days for ourselves prior to a big family vacation at a local beach with kids, grandkids and extended family. This was the perfect location for relaxing and exploring Apalachicola. Close to everything - restaurants, shops and local breweries. The condo was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We plan to visit again!

Beautiful View

We enjoyed our stay in this clean condo with a beautiful balcony view. Nice linens, good bed and pillows. Kitchen was well furnished. Apalachicola is a wonderful "Old Florida " town. We are so glad to have found this charming, uncrowded place.

Lovely place - awesome location!

The condo itself is laid out very well & nicely decorated. The screened in outdoor patio with a seating area and high top tables was fantastic. Perfect place to have a morning coffee for sure!!!! The unit was very clean and well appointed and the mattresses & pillows were very comfortable. We have absolutely no complaints. They are doing everything right with this waterfront condo.

Cute place & great location.

Everything was very good. Loved getting up each morning & doing my workout on the screened in porch, followed by a lovely breakfast. Walked downtown every day. Good restaurants & shops. Only misfortune was the last night the fire alarms kept going off.

Comfortable, clean, nice balcony view

The apartment has a great view of sunrise off the balcony. It was well appointed and clean. The beds and two living room couches were great too. The only downside for two adults sharing was the tiny second bedroom. We worked it out, but, perhaps better for a child and adult.

Beautiful, Relaxing property

This was a beautiful, clean, relaxing place to stay. The unit had everything we needed. The outside screened in porch/patio was lovely and so wonderful for starting each day. It offered a peaceful view, including the sunrise. We used the full kitchen and it was very nice to have access to a washer and dryer since we had been traveling prior to our stay here. The only thing we found missing was a place to sit and read with good lighting. But that was a minor thing as we totally enjoyed our time here and loved this property!

Very nice condo

Condo was spotless and well appointed with everything we needed. Lovely, peaceful view from balcony. The fact that it's screened is a bonus. Beds were comfy. The couple of times we used the pool, we were the only ones there which was nice and relaxing. We would defintely stay here again!

Great condo, great location

Our first experience with VRBO...I am a convert!! Will definitely use this service any time we are staying for several days. All amenities were just as represented, and all was very comfortable. The riverfront porch/view were perfect, as was the bed. Would DEFINITELY book again!!
