Le magnolia est léger et ensoleillé, avec beaucoup d'espace de véranda de lui faire sentir deux fois plus grand. Ce condo au centre-ville pour 4 personnes dans 2 lits queen. (Maximum 4 personnes seulement - aucune exception) Les chambres sont divisées pour assurer la confidentialité. Cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec des appareils haut de gamme. Il ya un espace bureau séparé pour ceux qui ne peuvent pas obtenir assez loin de tout. Ascenseur privé, parking offstreet et pratique emplacement du centre-ville haut de tout cela. Des places au premier rang pour écouter de la musique à la station Bowery juste à cÎté (fermeture à 21h00). Vacances et événements spéciaux nécessitent un séjour minimum de 3 nuits.

I spent a weekend at Good for the Soul with my two children (high school & college aged). The condo was comfortable and clean. The balcony is extremely spacious, we enjoyed breakfast to-go from Cafe con Leche on the balcony together. I called management with a question about how to use the elevator, and they kindly talked me through it. The elevator was a godsend for my daughter who has mobility challenges. We would definitely book again, hopefully for a longer stay next time!

Great well appointed (although could have used a larger sharper knife) condo. Unfortunately, the cleaning fluid smell permeated and overwhelmed the condo.

Awesome Condo in Apalachicola

We loved staying at your condo for a wedding we were attending across the street at the Ice House. Extremely clean, well stocked and location was excellent. Will definitely be booking again.

Lovely Property, Lovely Area

The property was superb! Clean, comfortable and close to everything! We walked to dinner and lunch, and to all of the cute little shoppes! The brewery was around the corner where you can grab a beer and people watch. Apalachicola Chocolate and Coffee Company has the best coffee and gelato and fudge!!! I had to have a scoop of the lavender honey gelato almost everyday! My husband and son fished everyday while the girls went shopping and explored the historical aspects of the town. The bedrooms are very comfortable and private and the kitchen is well stocked with everything needed for a family meal. I particularly loved sitting on the balcony each morning with a cup of Apalachicola Sunrise coffee watching the little gulls, crackles and mourning doves fly around doing their thing! We are Floridians, so spending time in “Old Florida”, away from the construction and over population of the rest of the state was refreshing and relaxing. Oh! I cannot forget to mention the “High Five Dive Bar”!!! What a nice establishment!! Closes at 10 PM, closed on Monday and Tuesdays, but THE best music we have heard in a long time and THE best hospitality from the owners!!!! Thank you for allowing our family to stay at this lovely property

Memorial Day Weekend Graduation Party

This property was the perfect place for our family to celebrate my brothers graduating from college! We utilized everything the property had to offer - full kitchen, washer/dryer, plenty of seating, beautiful balcony, nice bathrooms and bedrooms, a working elevator, walking distance to everything in town, and close proximity to St. George Island. It couldn't have been more perfect!

Perfect Location

We were in Apalachicola for a wedding and decided to make it a weekend trip. Good for the Soul was the perfect location! We were able to walk to restaurants, shops and bars. The space is decorated beautifully and the balcony was a great place for sitting with a glass of wine. Checking in was super easy and Jordyn was very friendly and helpful with questions about the town. We will definitely rent this space again!

Wonderful stay

It was great. Beautiful. Loved the colors and the decor and outside porch. Everything about this place was great. The one thing there that I don’t think was mentioned was the elevator and one of us has bad knee so he used it each time rather than step. Love the place!

Perfect location

This is the perfect location. Close to bars, shops and restaurants. A plus that is has parking. The apartment was great for two adult couples. Open concept in the living area and a fantastic, huge balcony overlooking downtown. Enjoyed our stay. The unit seemed to have everything we needed for a long weekend.

Wonderful Anniversary

"Good for the Soul" lives up to its name. We had an amazing time at Apalachicola! We loved our condo and thought it was one of the NICEST places we had ever rented. We hope to be back. LOVED IT! Very clean, and everything was first-class and well-thought-out! Easy check-in and out and we enjoyed having the elevator.

Labor Day in Apalach

We have stayed twice at this cute and convenient condo. This time neither tv worked. I reached out to the property manager 3 times as we wanted to watch football game. She replied once and said to give it a few seconds. I expected a maintenance person to stop by but no one did and I never heard from the leasing agent . That was disappointing. The refrigerator is also making a loud noise. This unit needs more / better pillows . There are some lamps without bulbs. Otherwise I would stay again. I am writing this because a few touches would have made this much better. The tv in the bedroom does not work at all as my husband and a few others tried several times. The cable box may be dead.

Great place!

Nice, comfy place, and very convenient to everything Apalachicola! We had a weekend fishing trip so the property was perfect if you're going out of the marina.

Apalachicola Independence Weekend

Great relaxing place. close walking to everything in Town. Just a short drive to St. George Island for Beaches and St. Park. The Town had a really great Fireworks and Party on the 3rd of July right in front of the Magnolia Place.

We really look liked this condo- great location and spacious. We didn’t rank it 5 stars as the mattresses were not comfortable at all. Also preferred a larger bed.

Perfect location to enjoy all that Apalachicola has to offer. We were all a little older so the elevator was a godsend. Clean and so nicely appointed. We're planning a trip back in Oct.

Excellent Downtown Accommodations

Super nice, clean, well appointed, comfortable and pretty. Located in the heart of Apalachicola, it provided everything one would want for a couple of days or a year. It’s also a reader or writers dream. Loads of interesting books and an office alcove to write in. I highly recommend it.

Quick Getaway
