Cette maison est une maison unifamiliale nouvellement remodelĂ©e de trois chambres et deux salles de bain. Vous offrir luxe et dĂ©tente est notre objectif. La suite principale s'ouvre sur la piscine chauffĂ©e et dispose d'un incroyable ensemble de chambre king size. La deuxiĂšme chambre dispose d'un ensemble de chambre queen size parfait pour un autre couple ou une grande famille. La 3Ăšme chambre est joliment dĂ©corĂ©e avec deux lits jumeaux. Le canapĂ© est un nouveau canapĂ© sectionnel adaptĂ© pour un espace de couchage supplĂ©mentaire pour les adolescents et les enfants dans une pincĂ©e. De plus, nous gardons un matelas pneumatique supplĂ©mentaire dans le placard afin que la maison puisse accueillir jusqu'Ă  10 personnes. Il y a un nouveau tĂ©lĂ©viseur intelligent de 54 pouces dans la grande salle, un tĂ©lĂ©viseur de 40 pouces dans la chambre principale et un tĂ©lĂ©viseur de 32 pouces dans la chambre 2. TĂ©lĂ©vision par cĂąble et Internet sans fil haut dĂ©bit inclus. Il y a plusieurs restaurants / bars Ă  proximitĂ©. The house was beautiful. The pool was so enjoyable being heated. Everything you needed for cooking. There was enough room for all of us at the dining room table. Truly a Blessed Christmas 2025.

Fantastic holiday home

The holiday home is in 1A condition. Everything was clean and well maintained. A large heated pool. House completely air conditioned. Smooth contact with the landlord. The holiday home leaves nothing to be desired!

Family Florida Christmas

We had great fun at this surprisingly spacious home for the 6 of us and our dog. The big open kitchen/dinning area/family room was perfect for our holiday festivities. The pool was the perfect temperature and made our Florida vacation a real treat. Also the close drive to some awesome bars and restaurants was a great treat. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property

This is a beautiful property, very spacious, and lots of amenities. Full kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, etc. Shopping is near by but driving is needed to get to the town, beaches, and restaurants.

Second time

We enjoyed this home so much the first time that we came back. The house was very clean and well equipped. Love the open layout of this house. The pool area is great too. Craig was a great host as usual. Highly recommend this house.

Great place great location

This property was perfect for our family getaway for Christmas! House was stocked with everything necessary to cook for Christmas Eve, Christmas , and NYE. great size house in a quiet neighborhood. All the neighbors were nice. Weather wasn’t the best but the pool was heated so every day was a pool day mostly! Craig was great communicating the entire time. Probably my favorite place we’ve stayed so far !

Another Day in Paradise

Hidden Gem in Paradise

The property was just beautiful. Pictures don’t do justice! Loved the open concept living area. Wonderful master bedroom en-suite with patio doors out to patio and pool. Loved the kitchen and huge island. Outdoor enclosed swimming pool; we loved drinking our coffee out there every morning. Close to everything!! Great restaurants, outdoor music and beaches galore. You don’t want to miss this one!!

House stay in Sebastian, Florida

We stayed at this beautiful home from January 3rd to the 8th. We were meeting with friends from Spain that we haven't seen in over 7 years. The house is beautiful. We absolutely loved the warm water pool - especially since the weather was cool for Florida at this time of year. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had every thing we needed to prepare our meals except the food. The only issue that we had was when we used the washer the spin cycle frequently went off balance and our clothes had to be redistributed in the tub. I would most definitely rent this VRBO house again if we return to the area!

Amazing Property & Easy Host

It was a easy and great stay at this property. The host was extremely easy to talk to and helped with any questions I had. They made it very easy for access and even called me early to let me know the property was ready early if we wanted to stop in early. When we arrived the property was ready for us to use and settle in. The only critique I would add is that the pool water was a bit dirty and they have a neighbor that totes a bunch of political flags in their yard. If you don't mind it, and keep to yourselves like we did, then it's all good. We really appreciated garage door clicker for our car as we could just drive into the garage and keep our privacy the entire time. That was a nice touch. All the rooms and bathrooms were very clean. We would absolutely stay here again if we were visiting in town. I highly suggest staying at this property if you're in town and need a nice quiet place to stay. Thanks again for the great stay and hospitality the entire time we were guests. I look forward to staying again in the future.

Beautiful Property!

We enjoyed our week long stay! The house was very clean and as it looked in the photos. Very spacious! Conveniently located to several beaches- we went to a different beach everyday! The restaurants are lacking so we did eat mostly in Vero Beach where there were more options. The neighborhood was quiet and clean. If we ever come back to Florida, this is where we will stay. We only have a couple things to touch on. There should be a set day where the pool guy comes to clean. He came one day and was there about 10mins and said he was done. He CAME BACK the next day. The reason i know this is because he walked past the glass bedroom/patio door (it is a locked, secure area) that leads to the pool area, while i was naked changing clothes. I dont understand 1, why he doesnt announce himself so the tennants are aware there is a strange man wondering around so they dont also change in their PRIVATE bedroom while he is there, and 2, why it took 2 days to clean the pool. I felt incredibly violated. Lastly, the check out process is confusing. We're used to needing to wash towels and do a load of dishes before we leave. However, when it came time to notify someone that we were leaving we were really unsure of what to do. Every email i received said to notify someone different. Even the things posted in the home of how to check out listed someone different. It would be nice if there was one specific person listed to whom you call. I called Craig and ended up leaving a voicemail.

Enjoyed our stay. Beware check out is at 10 not 11 like listed on VRBO.

First of all, we had a wonderful stay. The home is beautiful. Everything you need including spices and teas. The dining room table was very large the kitchen was open so while you were cooking you felt like you were still with your family. You can park your vehicle in the garage which was a really nice change. Most VRBO's turn the garage into game rooms. The house was exceptionally clean with only one issue. The barbecue grill was filthy. I had to contact the owner the day before for access info. Normally it's sent a few days prior. I had an issue the house rules. I have stayed at plenty of VRBO'S and I don't mind at all running the laundry or at least getting it started. I think it should be more of a request than a rule but I guess sometimes you have to just ask people because not all people are courteous. With all the money that you pay for cleaning the laundry should be included. And if you would like to help then you can throw a load in before you leave. The other house rule issue was the check out time was 10:00 a.m. and to text when you are out. My problem was on VRBO it clearly states checkout time is 11:00 a.m. the reason this bothers me is this happened at another home and I did not catch it and the cleaners came in and were very very rude and threw us out. Thankfully we had most of the car packed. To be be clear, that did not happen here it happened at another home. But we left before 10 am just in case. Otherwise, we had a great time and will return!

On a rating of 10 being the best I would give this VRBO AN 11 !!!! Everything was great, I rent VRBO frequently and I do a lot of research and this house is a great rental in every respect.

Great Thanksgiving

Spacious, beautiful property. Heated pool, fenced yard. Quiet neighborhood with trails in the back, a neighborhood playground and convenient groceries and restaurants. Lots of accessible parks, the Atlantic and so much to explore!

Perfect FL Getaway

Great Labor Day Weekend House

Absolutely nothing but great things to say about this house. All my questions were answered immediately. Craig was a great host. House looks even better in person than the pictures. House was extremely clean even the pool. House has everything you will ever need for your stay. Close to grocery stores,beach and restaurants. Neighborhood was very quiet.We def will stay here again.
