Votre billet pour le paradis se trouve à quelques minutes de route de Fort. Myers, Floride, aéroport régional du sud-ouest. À Apollo on the Beach Condo, unité 403, vous aurez votre propre balcon privé, premiere étage avec exposition sud-ouest, offrant une vue imprenable sur la belle plage de sable blanc 3 ½ mile Marco Island. L'unité 403 est une chambre / salle de bain avec un lit king récemment acheté, un tout nouveau canapé-lit, WiFi et deux télévisions à écran plat / DVD. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec des appareils en acier inoxydable, réfrigérateur, cuisinière, lave-vaisselle et micro-ondes. Le décor est un regard de plage joyeux et mis à jour avec des mises à jour récentes de peinture et de décor en octobre 2013. Le Sunset Grille, élu «meilleur happy hour» de l'île, est situé au rez-de-chaussée. L'Apollo est le seul condo sur Marco Beach qui permet des locations à la semaine avec la commodité d'un restaurant sur place!

Vous trouverez d'excellents restaurants à Marco et Goodland, un village de pêche unique à proximité. Le Marco Movie Theater sert de la nourriture pendant que vous regardez le dernier film. De nombreux restaurants prépareront vos prises fraîches. Rose Marina propose la location de bateaux pour la croisière ou la pêche, un déjeuner ou un dîner narré croisière autour de l'île et Key West Excursions. Pour vous détendre, profitez du soleil avec un bon livre ou faites des bombardements en marchant sur la plage. The place was super clean and the view was unbelievable! Highly recommend as it was very well maintained, secure, and well run. There was stuff for the beach and the place itself was new and so clean.

This is second time we stayed at Apollo for a 4-night staycation. The ocean view is amazing. Easy access to the beach and great amenities. As a Sheller, the south beach location is the most popular spot. We all enjoyed the stay as much as last time. Strongly recommended to couples and small families since it is one-bedroom/one-bath unit that we stayed at.

The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time staying at the Apollo. The location is excellent with a wonderful view of the ocean and sunsets. The covered parking was close and handy. The complex was quiet and safe/secure. The Apollo staff were all helpful and friendly, and picking up the keys and dropping them off from the offsite office went smoothly. The umbrella and chairs in the outside closet were appreciated. Other beach toys, etc., were also in the closet. The onsite restaurant and bar were convenient and we enjoyed our meal at the restaurant. Only negatives: We couldn't get the TVs to work properly. (Instructions would have been helpful.) This wasn't a huge deal, as we weren't there to watch TV anyway. Also, some of the frying pans were in pretty rough shape and could be replaced. Only pepper and cinnamon were stocked in the kitchen. (Salt and oil would have been super helpful.) That being said, we would definitely stay here again. It's a really nice condo and was clean and nicely furnished. It's an easy walk to the beautiful beach!

Apollo is in a great location. Unit was as advertised. The TV in the bedroom was the size of a laptop screen, which was a negative and should be upgraded.

The place has been renovated reasonably nicely, and it is in a good location on the beach. Unfortunately, the bed was a king mattress on a queen frame, and it was not a good mattress. The sleeper sofa was also uncomfortable to sit on

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: #403 is in the perfect spot on the beach and provided a nice experience overall. Beach view, Sunset Grill downstairs, close to shops and other restaurants. Unit was clean, but a bit dated (paint, some rust on fixtures) but we were there for the beach so it really wasn’t a problem. We’ve stayed elsewhere on the beach but this location was best!

Nice location. A bit small for 4 people, but very adequate for 2.

Easy to get to the beach. Great view. Covered parking kept the car cool during the day. No oven, which was surprising, so don’t plan on heating up a frozen pizza. Very nice for 2 people, otherwise you need to pull out the sofa bed, which basically takes most of the kitchen and then there is no couch, unless you fold it back up. Very nice area. People were nice and the attached restaurant / bar was extremely convenient. Condo staff were a little laxed when it came to enforcing the pool rules as people had drinks in the pool. Tennis courts were in the shade in the late afternoon, which was also nice. Very clean.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was exactly as described. Very secure. Keys to enter at all points of the building. This was our first trip to Marco Island but will not be our last! Loved the town and loved our location. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The only thing I didn’t like was that we had to wash linens (except for last day linens). That’s a first for me. This could possibly change my mind on staying here again, but again that’s the only thing that I didn’t like. Bed was comfortable, balcony was perfect, and they had beach towels, chairs, umbrellas in the storage closet. Check-in was easy as well! If you eat out, Marco Prime, Mango’s, Salty Dog, and Oyster Society were our favs!

Great communication with the office, they made sure they answered any questions we had. The only issue was the situation with the elevators. There was only one working elevator and sometimes there were long waits.
