Votre billet pour le paradis se trouve à quelques minutes de route de Fort. Myers, Floride, aéroport régional du sud-ouest. À Apollo on the Beach Condo, unité 208, vous disposerez de votre propre balcon privé surdimensionné avec une exposition sud-ouest, offrant une vue imprenable sur la magnifique plage de sable blanc de 3 ½ milles de Marco Island. L'unité 208 est une chambre / salle de bain, WiFi, une nouvelle tuile, de nouveaux meubles complets avec un canapé-lit king-size et deux télévisions à écran plat / DVD. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec un réfrigérateur plus récent, cuisinière, lave-vaisselle et micro-ondes. Le Sunset Grille, élu «meilleur happy hour» de l'île, est situé au rez-de-chaussée. L'Apollo est le seul condo sur Marco Beach qui permet des locations à la semaine avec la commodité d'un restaurant sur place!

Vous trouverez d'excellents restaurants à Marco et Goodland, un village de pêche unique à proximité. Le Marco Movie Theater sert de la nourriture pendant que vous regardez le dernier film. De nombreux restaurants prépareront vos prises fraîches. Rose Marina propose la location de bateaux pour la croisière ou la pêche, un déjeuner ou un dîner narré croisière autour de l'île et Key West Excursions. Pour vous détendre, profitez du soleil avec un bon livre ou faites des bombardements en marchant sur la plage. My only suggestion would be to replace the sofa, it looks fine but its not comfortable, you sink when you sit and no placr to put your feet up. Otherwise this was the perfect place to stay and we loved everything about it

I rented this unit while I was at Marco for a conference down the road at the JW Marriott. It was clean and well decorated. I would stay there again. The restaurant on the 1st floor is a great perk of staying here.

Modern Beach Retreat

This property is perfect for a couple’s get away. Recently remodeled with great attention to detail. Some of our favorites were the on beach location, beach decor, touchscreen vanity mirror, modern finishes, huge lanai, personal secure Wi-Fi network, Keurig, Roku, beach chairs/umbrella/cooler, and close proximity to shopping and restaurants. We would love to return to this property.

Apartment looks exact like pictures, it was clean with everything you need! The only think was the sofa bed in living room, it wasn’t confortable at all.

This unit is not meant for four people. The pull out sofa bed was terrible to sleep on. The metal could be felt while sleeping. The bed made noises as I crossed and turned at night which woke up my family in the main room. Also there needs to be another mirror or a full length mirror in the unit since the only mirror was in the bathroom.

The View is Everything!

We rented two units for thanksgiving. They were renovated beautifully. The living room needs a small coffee table, and the TVs only sometimes worked, but otherwise the property had everything we needed. The large balcony is the real star of the unit and we hope to come back!

Great location!

Beautiful views and great condo! Very convenient with kids with the pool beach and restaurant. Love the updates in the condo! Unfortunately there was a lot of work being done to other condos so there was so much dust and debris all over the patio. Every time we wanted to sit outside we would have to wipe everything down and sweep.

Reviewer Comments: we had an overall good stay. the best sunsets in Florida right off the balcony! if you don't want to go out for dinner you can go right downstairs to the Sunset Grill. This condo needs some updating but we spent the majority of our time on the beach or exploring. Its a short drive to Everglades city for a wonderful airboat ride trough the mangroves.

Reviewer Comments: We have been staying at the Apollo for 9 years now and this was the first time in this unit, we were generally satisfied with the exception of the fact that there is no high top table on the deck. the second floor decks are larger which is wonderful and why we only stay on the second floor but without a high top you cannot eat outside at the low table and see the ocean because the wall is solid. Other than that the unit is fine, it is not as updated as some but we are there for the outdoors not the indoor. Property Management folks were great, we would definitely stay again if they add the table.

Beautiful Relaxing Condo on the beach.

The only thing that was slightly less than amazing was having to stop at the real estate office to pick up a key. It would be nice if they had electronic keypads so we could skip this step. But this is a super minor thing. A key is required to enter the building so I think this is how all rentals in the building are, and I don't think the individual owners can do anything about it. I did really like that the doors to the building and the elevator was secure, it felt very safe. The patio was amazing! It was 3 times the size of most the patios in the building. I had to work some during my trip, so the patio made for the perfect remote office. The location is perfect. Right on the beach and walkable to restaurants, shopping, and activities. The unit is beautifully decorated. Everything is new and clean. Beds and bedding were extremely comfortable. I would definately stay here again. Even though we were here during spring break the building was quiet at all hours. The backpack-style beach chairs provided were perfect and easy to carry out to the beach. Loved it. The location and huge patio definitely made this condo worth the price compared to the surrounding rentals I looked at. Thanks for the great vacation!

Great location, but would not stay at this property again

Bed sheets were stained, a few towels were threadbare in places, metal rim on outside door at base was bent and sticking out, lock on sliding door loose, main door had flimsy lock. We did not cook as some dishes had food in them and some utensils were dirty. No vacuum was provided. After asking, a broom and dust pan were provided. We were on the second floor. There were no exit signs for stairs in case of emergency. There were steps outside on the second floor leading to the ground level, but you had to use a key to unlock the gate. The property was being painted while we stayed at the condo. When we signed the rental agreement we were not made aware of this. The patio was covered with grit almost every day from their work, and the bedroom window was covered on the outside with plastic for a few days while we were staying there. We would NOT have booked this rental had we known about the painting and work being done on the building. I did like the shaded parking spot. The beach was great.
