Votre billet pour le paradis se trouve à quelques minutes de route de Fort. Myers, Floride, aéroport régional du sud-ouest. À Apollo on the Beach Condo, unité 1007, vous aurez votre propre balcon privé au premier étage avec une exposition sud-ouest, offrant une vue imprenable sur la magnifique plage de sable blanc de 3 ½ milles de Marco Island. Unité 1007 est une une chambre / salle de bain, grand canapé-lit, WiFi, et deux écrans plats / DVD TV. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec un réfrigérateur, une cuisinière, un lave-vaisselle et un four micro-ondes. Le Sunset Grille, élu «meilleur happy hour» de l'île, est situé au rez-de-chaussée. Wonderful condo and spectacular views (from both the balcony and living area), just as we were hoping for! The bed was comfy (firm mattress), and the kitchen was well stocked. The unit was very clean throughout. We loved the accessibility of the beach and the Sunset Grille. The staff was friendly and helpful. We brought extra soap which was useful. Thank you!

Restful Beach Retreat

The unit had everything we needed for a week at the beach. We love sitting on the balcony drinking coffee in the morning; the experience felt private and we had unobstructed views.

These units are small but fine for a couple. This one is very well stocked and organized so you have what you need. Cannot beat the view and the restaurant downstairs.

Veiw is to die for! Sunset moon ocean veiw the staff safety all is the best!! Wouldnt want to stay anywhere else couldnt save enough money for dolphins the sail boats the white sands !!! Only need a little update in condo not enough to keep me away!! I cry when i leave!!

Great location with a beautiful view of the Gulf!

We had a wonderful stay. The view was spectacular and the property is right on the beach with a beautiful view of the Gulf. You could hear the waves from your balcony as you sat and watched the waves gently reach the shore. Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance and/or a short drive. It was very convenient to have access to beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc to take to the beach. They were located behind a locked closet right outside the door to our condo. We were very fortunate to have beautiful weather as well.

Great location

The location is right on the beach was wonderful. Unit is a bit outdated but comfortable. Would like to see a rug in the bathroom as floor is very slippery when exiting the shower. A newer coffee maker as well as most people use k cups. Beach chairs that are a bit higher off the ground as well.

The unit was very clean, however there were ants in the living room and kitchen area. The bathroom sink was very short and the kitchen needed to be updated. We stayed for 5 day's and they only left one dishwasher soap. The view was amazing. Over all I would give it a 7 out of ten rating.

Unfortunately as is with many condo units throughout the entire island, not much we can do about high winds on the beach there with the sliding doors. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful view from the condo and nice location on the beach. However this unit is in desperate need of a deep cleaning. It also needs a refresh in bedding, towels and the kitchen needs to be restocked. Very disappointed in the overall state of the condo. I had friends staying in 3 other 1 bdrm co rosin this building and they weren’t perfect but better.

overall good, except unexpected major renovation in building...

Reviewer Comments: We spent only 6 days (7 nights) there and were mostly satisfied with the location, convenience, check-in/check-out protocol.The only extremely unpleasant surprise was that on the 3rd day of our stay until our departure the condo started a major renovation project - refinishing of the common hallways, involving super-loud and super-dusty grinding.In addition to horrible noise, grinder dust, old pain chips flying everywhere, including the balcony, the doors to both the unit and the storage closet got covered with thick layer of that mixed dust.Sadly, for us that was working vacation during which we needed to spend time in teleconferences, which was disrupted by the noise.The worst part, that we were not warned about this upcoming inconvenience. We paid top dollar for this week of peaceful stay, but ended up not getting what was expected.One would expect that there has to be a deep discount for the time of such an inconvenience, but no. We contacted management company, they informed us that they informed the owner, and that's it. No further communication, that was promised. Nothing to offer for the spoiled vacation time.

Reviewer Comments: Small condo was clean, had updated tile/glass shower (leaked a bit), and fabulous views from large oceanfront balcony (includes chairs, large table, and lounger). Kitchen had minimal dish and cookware, etc., and dish detergent was not provided (dishwasher cubes were). Beach in front of condo was wide and white, but also crowded and loud due to beach access alongside property. We checked in/retrieved rental envelope after hours, and only condo keys were included. Locked out of condo building, got in building through open door when another guest left, spoke with hostess when she returned to front desk, and discovered "mag" key was missing thru questioning her about after hours access to building. Had to call Harborview Rental emergency numbers, and go back to rental office to pick up the "mag" key. This key gets you into building, into elevator, into pool area, and in from the beach - in other words, essential. My suggestion would be to make sure directions about this key, its necessity, and where it's used, along with info about the closet for renters that includes beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, noodles, etc. that is provided (along with "mag" key of course) in renter information. Additionally, finding out about $25 parking fee at registration was not a pleasant surprise. This should be included on VRBO property information page.

The Apollo was Great. Harborview Rentals, not so Much.

We loved staying beach front. The condo itself was beautiful per se. However, the ad says a king bed which could be true but in actuality is two twin box springs on a king metal bed frame. The box springs are too small & don’t fit the frame & so there’s a gap in the middle where the mattress dips and sinks in. This was trivial in comparison to a random water shut off & added boil water notice that happened July 7. The Apollo posted the announcements on the 5th. According to collier county residents had been notified no later than the 29th of June. However, harborview rental said they had no idea of what was happening. At first we were told it would be shut off from 9-4 then later it was changed from 9-5. We were also told to boil the water for at least 48 hours after. If it were just my husband & myself it wouldn’t really matter but we have two young children. No matter how much we tell them not to drink the shower water, there’s no guarantee they won’t. We couldn’t use the beach because per hotel rules you can’t come into the Apollo covered in sand. Even if we could enter the Apollo, per condo rules, we cannot rinse sand off in the condo bc it clogs drains. Long story short, it was inconvenient and made renting a beachfront condo pointless for the day. When we contacted harborview rentals they said it was out of their hands. The person was rude & gave us attitude. They said they would reach out to the owner & call us back but never did. Please get better property managers.
