The property was very clean, the host provided incredibly detailed information and was super responsive. We would 100% stay here again. Very conviently located for walking to Snook Inn and Boardroom Tavern and the Dolphin Tiki, and a nice marina and bait and tackle shop (with a bar) right on the property.

Quiet respite on Marco Island

Grab this place! It’s an excellent location & close to everything (walking distance to the island’s best outdoor bar & restaurant with live music). The view from the balcony is stellar and the complex is quiet. Our host was super responsive throughout our stay. The condo itself was well stocked with all that we needed and tastefully furnished.

Lovely and Comfortable Condo

The condo was great and the owner could not have been a better communicator. The only minor issue was parking. It was difficult to get a space the day we arrived. The following days were better. We do recommend staying here.

Overall the property was in good condition with the exception of a couple of maintenance items. The value however was not quite there especially having to pitch in on some housekeeping items (stripping the beds, taking out the trash, cleaning used kitchen items, taking any remaining items from frig.) These items should have been covered under the per night rental costs. Not sure if we would return. The surrounding property grounds need some work as well.

We have lived on Marco Island since 2012, and love to call this island paradise home. Originally we hail from Minnesota, and still go back in the summer to visit family and friends. There is a lot to love about Marco. We enjoy the community, boating, weather, beaches, and laid back atmosphere of the island. We currently have our kids enrolled in the local schools on the island and I am a practicing realtor. I have over 20 years experience in property management and selling real estate in MN and Marco so if you any questions, ask away! I am a Premiere Plus agent on Marco Island.

There are many more features this is just the start!
