L'unité A-17 est une magnifique propriété située à Clearwater Beach.

Ce condo en bord de mer propose 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains pouvant accueillir 6 personnes.

Notre propriété au bord de l'eau a 1350 pieds carrés.

Ce condo au bord de l'eau offre une cuisine entièrement équipée avec des comptoirs en granit et des appareils en acier inoxydable. La cuisine s'ouvre sur la salle à manger et le salon, qui sont spacieux et disposent d'un accès au balcon. Il y a beaucoup de place pour tout le monde dans ce condo.

Le balcon offre une vue imprenable sur la plage et le golfe du Mexique.

Le bâtiment propose une piscine commune, un accès facile à la plage et des zones de grillades.

Wonderful location, great management

Everything was better than imagined for our stay. The location couldn’t be better, just a few steps from the beach. The sunsets from the balcony over the ocean were unbeatable. The communication from the property manager company was prompt, courteous and helpful. The apartment’s condition and amenities were perfect for us. We look forward to visiting here again.

2024 Vacation

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property manager was professional and very friendly to deal with. I had high hopes with the description and pictures but overall, the stay was not pleasant. We typically stay at the Hyatt each year we come to Clearwater, so our expectations were a little higher than normal, I guess. The good thing about this condo is the location. It's not near the busy hotels so getting a spot on the beach each day was easy. The water wasn’t as crowded either, which was nice. Parking was a breeze if we went to eat or shop. The owners really need to invest in better beds, new pillows that don't smell, blackout curtains and a new iron. My kiddos even complained about the beds/pillows and kids are usually resilient. Waking up each day with neck and back pain doesn’t lead to a good vacation. The washer always had sand in the tub after each wash even when my clothes didn’t have sand on or in them. The sand must be embedded in the drum and needs a good cleaning. Luckily, the owners had a small vacuum near so I could vacuum out the drum between loads. The iron is missing the cover for the water so if it’s set down too quick, water leaks all over the ironing board and clothes being ironed. The hot water heater is turned down so low that the entire family couldn’t enjoy hot or even warm showers at night. As another review mentioned there is a sign about not turning the thermostat past 72. This wasn’t an issue for us since 72 seemed too cold at times. We will stay where we typically stay when we return to Clearwater next year even though it is more expensive.

Julian was who we communicated with a few days before , as we arrived and checked out. He was so great to deal with and we truly appreciated knowing someone was there if we needed anything. He gave us the closest locations to the grocery store and gas station which was greatly appreciated. Thank you, Julian! We walked to dinner and shopping everyday! We will be going back soon. I

Clearwater Vacation

This beach condo is exactly as described with amazing beach views from the 5th floor! The manager was thorough, responsive, and provided helpful information regarding the area. Would highly recommend! Would stay here again.

Easy to communicate.Thanks Mona!Last year we stayed in the another unit on this property and were hoping for the same welcome experience from the owner of this unit.Unfortunately it didn’t happen.1.Air conditioning system- you can try as much as you want but it’s set up to be at 72 degrees and if you want lower temp- you need to contact management. I’m finding this unacceptable.The wall panel wasn’t working at all.It’s a top floor unit and the owner should know better how hot it can get.Well, probably saving money.Disappointing because the nightly charge for this stay wasn’t cheap.2.Ice maker not working 3.balcony door not working4.the tv in the two beds room did not work- maybe the batteries? Not sure- again- I don’t feel it was my obligations to check and solve the problem.I wasn’t there to make a list and inform management about all the things which were not right.I guess it should be all checked on the regular basis There is a coffee maker and a Keurig.. would it hurt the to leave a “ welcome starter”-a few of the K-cups and some condiments-just for the next morning if the guests are arriving late night.Not expensive but a nice gestureA day before our departure I received the text from the cleaning crew asking for an estimate check out time.Big Thank you to the Pest Control for a prompt response and for taking care of the problem right away.The common area is well maintained, clean, nice pool.Super friendly staff.I would recommend the location of this unit and the Property Management Company, but I would say NO to this particular A17 unit .

Family vacation

A couple minor bumps along the way but nothing that would prevent us from us from returning in the future. The location was primarily why we chose this unit for our vacation. Right on the beach and a beautiful balcony overlooking the beach/ocean to enjoy. The unit came fully furnished along with extra amenities to use while visiting the beach( beach chairs, towels and toys). The master suite was beautiful and spacious. The only issues we had were our assigned parking spot was unavailable when we arrived so it held us up a bit from being able to get into the unit and our rental agent was unable to find the proper wifi information for us to use during our stay. Other than those minor inconveniences we enjoyed our stay at the condo. The pool was clean and seating and umbrellas were provided to use in that area. You are within walking distance to all the restaurants and shops as well as the pier. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and everything was very clean and organized. We were very comfortable with our party of 5 staying there, plenty of room. We look forward to returning in the future. Anyone who is lucky enough to rent this until will not be disappointed.

The view from the roomy deck was amazing and the sounds of the waves rolling in were spectacular. Our 3- week stay went by so quickly that, with help from Mona with Beachside Rentals, we reserved it again for next year. Mona was a great help to us from before check in all the way through and even after our stay. We can’t say enough good things about our whole experience.

The condo was very clean and plenty of room for our family of 4. The master bedroom with separate area to get ready for the day was great. The kitchen was stocked with all the dishes we needed. The beach gear was exactly what we needed to enjoy the fantastic sunny weather we were fortunate enough to have on the trip. Many restaurants were within walking distance. The balcony was roomy and perfect to watch the waves. We would definitely stay here again!
