OC rental

This condo is beautiful. Nicely decorated. Two full bathrooms. The deck overlooks the ocean which was a huge hit for all of us. The laundry and full kitchen were so helpful. We hope to rent this one again!

This was our second year at this condo. Great location and view! We chose this unit because of the 2 queen beds in the second bedroom. We’re a tall family. We had problems getting in on arrival day because the code we were given by VACASA didn’t work. That was resolved in an hour after numerous texts with them. We look forward to staying in this condo again next year if it’s available.

Was a lovely Winter getaway location. OC is pretty quiet in the Winter but this made a great place to get a mix of relaxing downtime and fun activities. The kids especially liked the heated pool.

Great location and view!

We had a wonderful vacation and love the balcony facing the water. This was our second year at this Condo. We chose this one because of the queen beds in the second bedroom. We’re a tall family. Our only problem was that it took an hour to get into the condo because of difficulty with the code lock. It required numerous texts with VACASA to get the problem resolved. We like having 2 designated parking spaces.

Wonderful place

The condo was clean, simple, and well decorated! The view is amazing and there is easy access to the beach. If you bring children, they will never be bored, as there is also an indoor pool.

Had a wonderful July 4th.

We really enjoyed our stay at this thoughtfully and tastefully decorated condo. The unit feels upgraded well above the typical beach rental; it’s furnished with quality pieces that are both attractive and comfortable. The kitchen appliances are modern and high-end, making meals easy to prepare. The condo itself was very clean overall, though we did notice a couple of towels that needed rewashing and some grime near the bathtub drain. The building was well-maintained and mostly quiet. That said, we stayed over the 4th of July holiday, so the beach area was understandably lively, with fireworks going off well into the early morning hours on several nights. Having two parking spots was a definite plus, though the building could use more handicap-accessible spaces. Unfortunately, the indoor pool was closed during our stay, which was disappointing. All in all, a lovely place to stay and a cut above the standard Ocean City rental. We’d definitely consider returning.

Great Apartment

Had a delightful stay at Ocean Cty -Marigot Suites - Private Condo. The unit was clean, superbly decorated, and had lovely views of the ocean. THe beachfront setting meant, we could walk to the ocean, even early in the morning and late at night. The condo was well furnished and the kitchen was well equipped. Everything was spotless, clean and tidy. Enjoyed the paintings and the interior decorations. Planning another trip to this place already!

Would Stay Again

The property is overall great. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows. Our condo was stocked and plenty of room. A bit more cleaning overall could be done. The dishwasher did not dry the dishes. The pool had lots of sand and that can be somewhat be expected but maintenance on the building itself, could be improved.

Great view - great mini girls trip!

When walking into the condo it smelled nice and clean. The view of the beach is awesome, we saw dolphins from the balcony. Beds were not all that comfy. Listing stated linens were provided, there were no pillow cases on any of the many supplied pillows and no sheets on the bed in the master. Plenty of towels in each bathroom - that was great! We would definitely come back but be more prepared if we needed to supply bed sheets.

Great condo - terrible neighboring condos

We had no complaints at all about our condo. It was clean and very nicely decorated. We chose this condo because it was beachfront and offered great views and sounds of the ocean. The listing also specifically stated that it was in a "Noise sensitive area" and there were several comments in the listing and at the condo that seemed to support that. We were looking forward to keeping the balcony doors open at night to experience the quiet, the fresh sea air and hear the ocean waves. Unfortunately, there were very loud folks out on the beach well after midnight into the early hours of the morning. Security said they couldn't do anything about it (even though there's also a noise ordinance in Ocean City). We ended up having to close the doors both nights and use an ocean sounds app :(

Needs updating

The furniture and decor needs an update. The kitchen had definitely been updated but not much else. The lamps were not sufficient in any of the rooms. Very dark. Both sliding glass doors were extremely difficult to open and easily came off the track. Both screens on sliders were leaning against the deck wall. They would not stay on the track so I understand why they were against the wall. On the last morning we woke to water all over kitchen floor and down the hall. It was coming from the refrigerator. I did call the Vacasa number and report there was a problem.
