Maison Waterview magnifiquement rénovée

Profitez d'une vue sur l'eau salée depuis le grand porche avant, le pont du deuxième étage et la cour de cette maison sur la pittoresque Great Island. À seulement 1 mile de la plage de Salty Brine, à 2 miles de la plage de Sand Hill Cove et à 3 miles de Scarborough Beach, cette maison entièrement rénovée est idéale pour les plaisirs d'été ou les week-ends de printemps / automne tranquilles en famille.

Il y a beaucoup d'espace dans notre maison de 1650 pieds carrés pour trois couples ou deux familles entières en vacances ensemble. Après une journée à la plage, laissez les enfants courir dans la cour de cette île calme, mais vous êtes à moins d'un mile de certains des meilleurs restaurants de fruits de mer de la ville et du port de pêche historique de Galilée où le ferry de Block Island part.

C'est notre maison de vacances que nous utilisons régulièrement, pas un immeuble de placement. Plan d'étage ouvert avec plafonds cathédrale. Méticuleusement entretenu.

The house and host are marvelous and we really enjoyed our stay. We took our 84 year old mom for a birthday trip to revisit the places of her youth and the house was a perfect launch point. David was a terrific host and communication was easy

Very nice neighborhood area and Very close to beaches and fishing wharf area. Fully stocked kitchen was a plus, clean and comfortable-Lots of hangout spaces. The kitchen and main hangout room is upstairs where the second bathroom is.

Beautiful property!

If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing, and comfortable rental, this is the place for you. The house is beautiful with the two outdoor decks, fantastic kitchen/living area (with everything you could need/want), and comfortable bedrooms. Everything was thoughtfully designed and the views are fantastic. Great location! We will be back!

House was spotless had everything you might need in the kitchen! Great setup with bedrooms downstairs and kitchen living room and dining all upstairs as one big room with a full bath! Views of the water and sun filled! I hope to rent this house again!

We had a lovely time at this beautiful clean home. The pictures don't do this home justice. It's beautiful, clean and in the perfect location for a relaxing getaway. Great Island Heaven

Beautiful updated home. Cool layout with plenty of room. Enjoyed the water views from the upper balcony but loved the extra wide porch with sliding screens. It let the breezes in but kept the unwanted flying guests out. Awesome location, close to three beaches; restaurants and the ferry to Block Island. Top of our list in terms of vacations spots after 33 years of traveling.

We are a family of seven with ages ranging from high school to adult. Throughout our lives we've always spent time near the water and need to get our water fix periodically.

Our home is located in a quiet residential area of Narragansett known as Great Island. There are no commercial properties of any kind on the island and nearly all the homes are within 100 yards of the water. As soon as you drive onto the island, with its winding roads and small rolling hills, you know you are on vacation.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We spent a long time looking for an 'upside down' house. You will enjoy views of the water from the open floor plan living room, dining area and kitchen on the second floor just steps from the second story deck and picnic table.
