Ce condo est nouveau sur le marché locatif et directement en face de la plage, à distance de marche des restaurants fantastiques, des étapes à pied et des pistes cyclables et juste une courte distance en voiture du centre commercial Outlet!

Ce condo de 3 chambres est parfait pour une famille et peut accueillir confortablement 8 personnes. Belle vue sur la piscine et le barbecue depuis le balcon. La chambre principale offre un lit King et salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne et un placard ouvert. La deuxième chambre a un lit Queen et deux lits jumeaux dans la troisième chambre.

Cuisine mise à jour avec tous les appareils modernes et planchers de céramique. Enti��rement équipé pour un déjeuner rapide sur le pouce ou prêt à préparer un dîner pour la famille.

Wonderful Experience

I was a little apprehensive after booking our stay with this property because although the pictures looked fantastic you just never know what you are truly booking. We were all pleasantly surprised once we got into our condo. It was beautiful, it was clean, we had plenty of room, etc. we loved the fact that we were 3 minutes from the beach. We will be staying here again in the future.

It was okay.

The location was great. The condo needs a deep cleaning for sure. Not as clean as I would expect a rental to be, especially during a pandemic.

Enclave Condo

Our stay was awesome. It was just across the road from the beach. The only thing I wish was that there were more supplies. For a family of 6, there are only 3 trash bags for 7 days. I prefer not to cook on my vacation so more trash was created. There was only a partial roll of paper towels and we needed to use there for drying. There was not enough toiliet paper. We ended up buying more of these supplies. We left the extra behind because I didn't want more stuff to bring back. When I did cook the cookware supplied was in bad shape. There was only only fry pan I felt safe to use because the rest was rusty or the tephlan was coming off.The only issue I had with the cleanliness was the dust in the vents and on the fans.Other than these things, it was a really nice place and we would stay again.

Great short stay at Patti’s Place

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great experience at Patti’s Place. The condo was beautiful and close to the beach. It’s just a short walk across the street and this area of beaches are private to the vacation rentals so it was less crowded than the places with public access. Make sure you’re entering the gate with the rental property name listed or your code won’t work, haha. Our directions said go to the street and enter the gate on the left so we walked to the crosswalk to the left and kept trying to enter the gate directly in front of the cross walk, that was not the correct gate and caused us issues. So, if you use the crosswalk to the left follow the sidewalk back down to the right and enter the correct gate. The beach is gorgeous! The mattresses could be updated as they were not very comfortable and it would be nice to have blackout curtains in the bedrooms, but other than that we enjoyed our stay. It was very convenient to have the facility laundry room close by in order to wash bath linens everyday. Management was quick to respond with any issues. There is an abundance of restaurants and stores near by; great location!

Reviewer Comments: I had troubles with the date and requested help to switch the home to a 5 guests only, the person thet reponded me was very rude and mentioned that due to the politic it is not possible. I sent couple of options that I would like her to review, she never answered back.I went to Destin and was there 4pm, the department was note ready, they did not answer.Vrbo helped me with a refund.it called my attention the bad service and lack of care to the customer. The owner wrote a mail after and said I thought you cancelled it.It costed Usd 1200.00 aprox, how can someone consider that a customer can loose that amount of money without not even responding or calling?Never mind, I do not recomment this place.

Mrs. Torres we are sorry you had a bad experience unfortunately none of the above is true. You booked a unit 4 days before your arrival and all of the terms and conditions clearly stated that no cancellation is allowed that close to arrival. You signed that you understood this policy. You then sent us over ten emails begging to cancel because as you stated " your plans had changed" requesting to cancel and saying you have done this in the past. We attempted to resolve your issues but were not able to do that. we prepared you unit as we do any other and on your day of arrival we sent you the check in information. Once you arrived our housekeeping staff brought by the two extra sofa sleeper bedding that you requested. Nothing we did lead you to cancel, you simply changed your mind and or the number of guests. We spoke with you via multiple email, two calls and many texts and you made the decision to leave the unit. We wish you well in future travels!

Eh2020 Stay

The place is conveniently close to the beach. In a nice area. I guess that makes up for how dirty the place was. We were harassed on several occasions for being too loud and didn’t get the chance to correct the issue before a neighbor kept getting too close to us. Thankfully have a video of it and how rude the encounter was. If you’re more than a 2 person group trying to stay here I would avoid this place. You won’t be able to enjoy it because everyone here wants silence 24/7 and will harass you until your vacation is ruined and the beds are uncomfortable.

Family vacation

Great location .. furniture outdated and uncomfortable, beds were extremely hard in every room, 6 bath towels for a family of 7 staying for 4 days, 1 grill for entire complex, be sure to bring trash bags, toilet paper , and diswasher soap
