We invite you to settle in and make Casa Pelicano your home for a minimum stay of five (5) nights. Come and go as you like, but you will never want to leave this exclusive, very private 3500 sq. ft luxury home on 4 acres, settled in pine trees with ocean views, 5-minute walk to Moonstone Beach, 3 suites, all with full bathrooms, gourmet chef's kitchen, state of the art surround sound and visual entertainment system, WI-FI thru-out, pool/game room with large screen TV for all sporting events, wireless printer/scanner, fireplaces in living room and master suite, single level living area with outdoor entertainment patio, breakfast patio with BBQ. The large 3-car garage includes a Tesla 240 volt Nema 14-50 outlet for home-charging. (Bring your own cable please.) Not suitable for children under 6 yrs.

Home is professionally decorated and designed with one of a kind pieces paired with the highest quality fabrics. Each piece chosen specifically for the house, many custom designed using reclaimed wood. Exterior security cameras cover front door and driveway.

Christmas getaway

Beautiful home with an amazing view. Home is about 25 yrs old but with updated Pottery Barn decor. Very comfortable with plenty of seating. Grandson claimed the upstairs tower as his own. My spot was in front of the fireplace. Christmas Eve we all played pool. As recently widowed it was the perfect place to start new traditions.

Beautiful property inside and out!

Can't go wrong! Super kitchen with anything a cook might want! Plenty of games and books for entertainment along with the TV which we never used. Spacious lot amongst a pine tree forest, well landscaped with gorgeous ocean views. what not to like?

Amazing Stay

I’ve stayed at countless vacation rentals and this one was the most impressive. An extraordinary property with complete privacy and seclusion. We were traveling with my 80+ years parents and it was great having 1 level which is a rarity in Cambria. The kitchen was really well stocked and had everything we needed for meals at home. The en suite bathrooms were perfect for 3 couples. The property was very clean (and I have high expectations being a host myself). We would absolutely stay here again! Thank you for sharing your exquisite home!

Absolutely marvelous experience!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Being at this home was in itself a fantastic vacation experience. Wife & I, daughter and husband all were blown away with the high-end decor and furnishings. Everything was in working order. All appliances were in place and cleaned-and-polished condition. There was not an item in the entire home that showed wear or that it was soiled. Never found dust or dirt throughout the home or even in the garage which was immaculate. I hated to pull our car in knowing that it would track road dirt. The surrounding grounds were beautifully maintained with assorted flowering shrubs. Sitting on several acres away from the adjacent homes provided a serene setting. Did I mention the view of the ocean from the family room & all of the bedrooms. Loved seeing the small herd of deer that visited the adjacent forest along with a large owl and assorted song birds. All toiletries including hair dryers were provided. Convenient location to the Pacific Coast Highway and easy access to Cambria shops and restaurants. Property Coast Management was very responsive when I called for a bit of help with a fireplace and had a extremely professional gentleman at the door in 20 minutes: and he quickly had it working. TV, cable, and wi-fi were never an issue for quality entertainment nor cell phone calls.Many thanks to the owners of this marvelous home and to SCP Management for providing this experience.

A Serene Coastal Getaway

A perfect headquarters for Central Coast adventures from Big Sur hikes to Paso wine tasting to Morro surfing to Jade hunting, this beautifully appointed home was a short walk to Moonstone Beach as well as restaurants and stores. The views of the ocean were sublime, the kitchen well equipped, and furnishings luxurious and comfortable.

Great Place for 3 Couples

Six of us stayed here to celebrate my husband's birthday. The kitchen was well stocked, including oils, spices, sugar, salt, food processor, coffee pot, etc... The front patio was really nice - we even moved the chairs over to play Corn Hole (which we brought) on the patio. Easy walk to the Sea Chest if you want to go out for dinner. The rooms are all excellent, just what the pictures show. I'd love to come back!

81st Birthday Celebration Trip

This home is beautiful, comfortable and in a completely peaceful area blocks from the ocean. You hear the waves crashing as you cuddle up near the fireplaces. Billiards for the guys was such fun with lots of jokes and good fun for all 6 of us. Had a blast and would recommend this to all. Thank you so much!

A Villa Paradise found in Cambria!

This is our second stay at Casa Pelicano and we can not rave any more of how much we love this home. Location, privacy and amazing for our classic cars. The home is well stocked for everything you need to entertain at home. We had fun this time seeing the wild turkey and fox just outside our window. Thank you for sharing your lovely home! We cannot wait to return next year!

Excellent property for family and friends in Cambria, Handicap accessible too!

We came to Cambria for the Eroica California 2019 vintage bike ride & Casa Pelicano was the perfect home for our family of 5 + a nurse caretaker. The house is expansive, warm & inviting, and exudes quality & thoughtful touches throughout. It immediately felt like our Cambria home. We stayed a full week. CP sits at the end of long secluded driveway & has two paths up to the entrance. The exterior is well lit for safety. Underneath is a deep four space garage . The kitchen is very modern & well equipped with all kinds of cookware & appliances, coffeemakers & serving ware.. The fridge & pantry are well stocked with most condiments, spices, & general supplies, plus a Brita filtered water pitcher & icemaker. The living / dining room is HUGE & comfy. The WiFi is fast & the audio / visual system works great but have Lachlan (manager) explain how to work it. Oddly, some channels like Disney Jr. come in fine in HD on the other room TV systems but in SD (480i) on the main system & look a bit fuzzy - Lachlan is working on it. Otherwise Blu-Rays play nicely & clear. Lots of room to rest, relax or work. Patios off the kitchen & dining room / Master BR gave a great view of the treeline & coastal surf sounds were very relaxing. There is view of Hwy 1 + a little traffic noise but easily ignored. The master BR / bathroom is fabulous & quiet with a large walk in closet. The two other bedrooms are good sized & comfortable. All beds and linens were very comfortable. The Billiard room is large & the table plays easily. Each of the above rooms has its own Flatscreen TV. The tower off the entry was a delight - high views of the surrounding landscape, coast & ocean off the balcony, quiet & well lit for reading & rest, plus excellent WiFi streaming reception. Open the doors for breeze & surf. My handicapped daughter uses a power wheelchair and she had no problems getting in or out & moving around inside. There are no steps on entry & door/hallways are easy to traverse except for the one step down to the billiard room. The Northeast bedroom has sufficient space underneath to allow a patient lift for assisting getting in & out of bed - note that all beds are relatively high so that could be a challenge for some. Very few homes in Cambria are handicap accessible due to age & style of entry/construction. A wonderful home stay & we'll certainly be back again. Lachlan is a great & responsive manager, in touch all the way. 5 Stars! Bart
