Cute house with an easy walk to town and the beach. Nice living and kitchen area, though the dining table and chairs are a tight fit. Plenty of sleep space with a downstairs bedroom, two upstairs bedrooms, and a loft with three twin beds. Two bathrooms, one with a clawfoot tub and an old style toilet, the other with a shower. Washer/dryer was great to have. They even have two old arcade style video game machines for the kids. Off street parking and the included 50A EV charge plug was awesome! There were a few things that could be better, but none would prevent me recommending the house. I read it was built in 1922, so the floor creaks pretty bad in places, especially upstairs. The stairs up are steep as expected in a house this age. Also beware the two upstairs bedrooms are in an attic space and have very low headroom on one side of the room. There were a few maintenance issues I reported to the management company so hopefully they will get resolved. The hardwood floors desperately need refinishing and the window blinds really need to be replaced as well. It feels like the house just needs some TLC, though everything was clean and usable. The management company provided plenty of towels, TP, travel shampoos, etc. They were also very receptive of the feedback on maintenance items.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for our two families vacationing in Seaside and we'd recommend it to others.
