Adorable studio de 350 pc avec lit queen, TV satellite, Internet, toute nouvelle kitchenette entièrement équipée avec vaisselle et services publics, nouvelle salle de bain avec douche, chauffage et air renversé. Un bloc de la rue principale, marchez jusqu'à tout. Un pâté de maisons du Centre for the Arts. Adorable petit espace en plein cœur du centre-ville de Grass Valley. À distance de marche de tout le centre-ville. 1 pâté de maisons du Centre des Arts. Espace studio de 350 pc avec lit queen, cuisinette et salle de bain, petite table, chaise, tabouret et TV. Un super refuge.

Always a treat to stay in the studio right downtown. It’s charming and comfortable with all the essentials. You can walk to the store, parks, downtown to window shop or choose a local brewery for a cold beer. I highly recommend staying here and Trish is an amazing host. I have stayed here for the second time and will return soon !!

Cozy, bright and clean space. Ideal for single or couple. Outside patio area is private and will be charming, as owners are doing improvements and updating landscaping. Owners were delightful and very responsive when we had an issue with the TV. Location is within easy walking distance to historic Grass Valley shops and restaurants. We would stay here again, if available, on our next trip to Grass Valley.

The perfect place for a quiet stay in Grass Valley. Very clean and comfortable and a well stocked kitchen. Great downtown location and walkable to restaurants and coffee shops, Backyard space is clean and tidy. We loved walking around the neighborhood - everyone is so friendly! The host Trish checked in after we arrived to make sure everything was ok. We will definitely stay here again!!

We’ve stayed in other of Trish’s places a few times and chose this one for the first time and was very pleased. . Everything is fresh, clean and comfortable. It had everything I needed and the location is convenient for walking to the grocery store, shops, restaurants, etc. Trish and Brett are great to work with. I will be back.

Great location!!! Easy walk into beautiful downtown Grass Valley.The cozy hideaway had everything! Two burner stove with everything you need to cook. The bed was comfortable and plenty of plush towels. Laundry room was easily accessible. I will absolutely book again and have told many of my own of town friends. Thank you!

Easy off street parking, super clean, extra amenities not expected (coffee, laundry detergent), walk to restaurants, owner checked in to make sure all was good right after I got there. I've found my place to stay each time in Grass Valley :-)

This was our second stay at the Love Shack and it remains our numer 1 choice for convenient walks to downtown, comfort and the extra touches offered with the studio suite!

The best location to walk everywhere in downtown Grass Valley. The apartment is wonderfully decorated / modern / great decor. Easy parking and very accommodating host! Perfect for 1/2 people that are looking for an alternative to hotel room with extras + great price point!!

Cute, Convenient, Cozy!My two little dogs and I stayed 4 nights at Trish’s love shack. We’ll be back! It was modern yet warm in decor, downtown, had nice kitchen facilities, a gorgeous shower, and comfy bed. The TV reception wasn’t great but that wasn’t a big deal; I was happy to have the free prime streaming. Trish is a peach! Highly recommend!!!

Clean, comfortable and convenient. Awesome to be able to walk easily to downtown. This init had everything we needed in just the right location. We plan to be back!

Amazing!

The Love property was perfect for my stay. Close to shops and dining as well. Trish was accessible when needed and the property was just as the listing said it would be. No complaints at all! Would recommend to anyone and hope to stay there again in the future.
